Recent fire in the bldg where my unit was, no damage to my space. But I found out I was paying for a unit supposedly in a controlled climate building, which I asked for and is stated that way on the website, but it was not. When I asked about it I was told there is no such thing. Yes, there is, and I am moving my things to a different storage company that actually has one. If not for the fire my antiques I was storing could have been damaged in the winter weather coming up. Glad I found out before that happened.

This facility should be Closed ‼️Everything about it is unprofessional and ran by extremely poor management!a fire in the establishment and you don't physically connect the customers affected. Email isnt enough ! unfortunately for me i was hospitalized and couldn't access the phone yet along email!

I was scheduled to move-in on a Monday. Due to structure fire I was not going to be able to. They secured me a unit in a storage a half mile away and matched the price !! 😁
This is the best public storage location to rent from. The main property manager is Cassandra, she will go above and beyond to help/keep you happy. 🫠🫠🫠
If I could give mire stars I would. Cassandra was knowledgeable and very thorough with explaining the rental process and she was also very friendly and I won't go anywhere else.

I’ve been using this location for about two years I can say that really done a lot of upgrades within that time. I also appreciate Cassandra. She is very helpful and I will continue to use this location
This place ain't nothing but a rip off they find all kind of ways to get your money and they not clean I will never use this location again and they quick to auction off your stuff they cut my lock off put there's on and told me I had to pay for there lock, why not just put y'all lock on with my lock that way I still can't get in my unit with y'all lock on but no just another way to get money out of you.

Hate em! Up your prices everyother month , my place on Chicago Rd. Very drill Sargent like. Uncaring employees , when and if you can find them. Space when and if they want to open the door even though they're not at lunch. Just a very bad experience I do not recommend that establishment on Chicago road by the Oakland
The public storage on Groesbeck and 13 mile is one of the best storages that I’ve used. Cassandra the clerk was a great help and has been for the last few years. She’s awesome!!! I would recommend this storage facility to anyone who’s looking for a great , clean and Useful storage.

I’ve been with them for 2 years now & my rate continues to increase for the small space. I live out of out of state. I value my time and made 2 appointments with Cassandra when I was back in Michigan and no one was in the office for our appointments.
Bad customer service. I don’t might paying the rate they presented to me if they were good to me but they haven’t been.

My moving day was like from the pits of hell! But from the start of my process, Cassandra was an Angel! She accompanied me to three units until I was able to choose the right size as well as price!!! She cleans this facility ALONE!!! As well as each time I see her she’s polite, never inducing her working day issues on to me!!! The last time I was in my unit, she was actually removing branches, parts of TREES etc which I said WHY SHE DID NOT HAVE ANY MEN AVAILABLE TO ASSIST HER But as usual she did not complain!!! Assisted me and continued working! Sandy is the BEST !!!!! She’s at the Fraser location!

Clean and helpful staff
Had a unit reserved for weeks. Went to public storage with a uhaul full of stuff ready to check in at 3pm. Place was CLOSED! Was supposed to be open til 5pm. Had to go to a different public storage location and ended up having to pay MORE MONEY for a different unit because of THEIR inconvenience. No notification they would be closed early or anything. A complete waste of time & money. I'll never use this company again.
Cassandra is amazing. She's polite, helpful and always has a positive energy/ vibe everytime I come to my unit.
Cassandra is an amazing person to interact with she always greets with a smile, and she is always asking how she can make things better, I appreciate her kindness and thoughtfulness. Her customer service is 10 out of 10 I always feel comfortable coming to her when something needs fixed.
Cassandra is soo amazing!!! She always helps and I'd very attentive to needs. She has stayed late for me more than once passed scheduled closing time.
