Picking out storage units are hard , but I would like to give a huge shout out to Simone for helping me on my decision. It’s always a pleasure speaking to her on the phone and in office !!
I gave a 3 rating because the service has been amazing, but the 35% price increase with a 30-day notice is a joke. Kianna was invaluable in keeping my rate down. I was shocked when I received a 35% increase on my unit after only having it for 5 months, simply because of demand. When I called she was able to extend my current payment by 3 more months. However, anybody who raises a rate that much won't have my business for long. Once the weather allows it, I will find another option.
Simone Customer Service was very excellent she made sure my move in was as smooth as possible . Thank you

Shantel is a great person here. We truly enjoy her ability to care for her customers. And she keeps this palace very clean.
The women are very nice. Did their best to help me.. However my storage lock was cut ONCE and I had things stolen out my storage… You could also see that someone went through my things.. Carelessly and one of my tvs were broke and I had everything set up a certain way.. It was hard to get ahold of someone and even when the office is supposed to be open there have been times I couldn’t get through no matter how many times I pulled up or called. I gave two stars for customer service but whoever is in charge of cutting locks needs to be let known if it’s not up for auction they shouldn’t be stealing things from storages that’s not fair.. Especially when being charged $300 a month.. Rats and spider problem too.. I had no food in my storage or dirty dishes but rat poop in all my stuff… Mainly my clothes and blankets (I assume from trying to keep warm smh)
Wish I could do no stars at this point I’ve been calling this store for weeks trying to get in contact with someone and leaving my number every time and still no one has reached back out or even answered the phone

The takeover of a prior company was sloppy, badly managed and caused considerable mess. Seems better now but I'll be moving my stuff out.
