Terrible Customer service. You cannot talk to anyone personally. Saturday is the main day people move and no manager is onsite to get any info from or get a key from because they changed your locks. They change the doors and have no security onsite. I just left the storage place. I am not happy right now at all.The prices are going up 40.00 next month. I would not recommend this place.
I went to rent my first storage unit to assist with a move. Some wires must have gotten crossed on the interwebs because my reservation wasn't available upon arrival. I explained my deadline situation with the manager, Jessica. She was incredibly helpful. Within 10 minutes she had me hooked up with the storage space I needed. She was patient with my stress and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this location!
I don’t even want to give this place ONE star!!! I went to pick up my contents from my unit and there is rodent poop and urine over everything!!!! No one cared. The manager wouldn’t even come out and look at it. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!!! We had to throw the majority of the contents of our 10x30 unit in the dumpster

I can’t say enough good things about the public storage on Groesbeck with the manager Jessica. She has bent over backwards. She has gone above and beyond with her knowledgeable information and helpful ideas. Jessica looked out for us and our things and didn’t see us as just a storage unit. Not only was Jessica friendly, but when I was behind in my payment, she didn’t call, hounding and barking at me. She called in a very friendly tone with a friendly reminder that my payment date was coming up or has passed. I would recommend this particular storage unit just for the mere fact that Jessica is the manager. Public Storage is building another building on 9 mile by my house, it’s only about five minutes away, but I would only recommend going out to see Jessica on Groesbeck!

If you plan to store long term expect random price gouges. I've been storing long term and my bill has gone up over 500 dollars a month since I first moved in. The facility is nice otherwise.

Overpriced
They get you in at a low price then continue to increase it but where do you have to put your stuff so you just pay it. There are rats or some sort of creature that crawls through the units and destroys your stuff. Boxes mangled, items chewed. Then when you cancel early they won’t give a rebate. I do not suggest this place.
