Do not put your belongings in this storage facility. The workers there steals out your unit!!!!! They pressure you to put up good reviews for them. Just so they can keep they job. They know the loop wholes/company policies that enables them to steal. I say shut them down any facility where they workers steal start over with a whole new crew or something.. they stole sentimental value jewelry from me. Things brand new in the box too.. this has gaven me trauma hurt. Thinking Im puting my things in a safe place. Paying my bill late fee lean fees insurance and all.. insurance is pretty much a waste to have!
Easy and quick checkin. Devon answered all of my questions and gave a a tour of the facility. 5 star customer service from him and Shannon. ( excuse the misspelling of any names โบ๏ธ)

This place is suspicious, and I wouldn’t recommend there.
I was stolen keys and locks stored there, but there is no surveillance video camera inside the building, so there is no way to identify who stole something inside the storage if somebody committed identity theft or used lock-pick to breach the locks.
Please avoid that place at all cost.
I think there are some thieves or gangs are living there.
Absolutely unreal, I was told I have til the 25th to pay my bill as I was late, I paid it the 22nd, come to fins out they sold all of my things, no refund, what did u do with the sold money? A complete scam, this will be on the news and I will be talking to my lawyer in the morning. UNREAL

They need to hire more people. Two days nobody was in the office. How are we suppose to pay if nobody comes to work. Hire more people or shut this property down.

You are not gonna find a better property manager than Anthony. He genuinely helps you to get the best outcome for you. He also walked with me twice without hesitation when I wanted to view different storage sizes. The location and place is also nice and clean.

Can't remember if this was where I was looking for a Penske place to fix the windshield wipers on the van or if this was when we were to put the supplies in storage. YouTube power being out no one could get in or out of the gate. The owners were unreachable and there was no hand crank to open the gate either.

My mom was moving out 3018 yesterday. The manager Anthony called the company when they didn't drop off the keys. He called the company and had them bring the keys and waited after hours so that I can come pick them up which was a great help to me. I didn't have to spend any extra on a moving truck. I was pleased with my stay at public storage. The building was well kept, it always smelled fresh and clean. When you walk in it was clean. I've going to places and it was filthy, i had to clean before i put my things in the storage. The worker was pleasant to talk to, as well as helpful. We need more service, like he provided. I’ve done business in the past with Public Storage, one being their secure location, but also because of their fair pricing. I can’t say that I can say the same about this location specifically it the service I was given was definitely a game changer. Anytime there we questions about my account or concerns I may have had, they we well explained and all issues were acknowledged. We don’t always get the answers we hope to get in these situations, but I was able to understand the information given and it helped me further on. I couldn’t ask for a better customer service experience with someone like Anthony. Very professional, helpful & did his job very well.

Horrible company. Refuse to call me back. If you move out early they won't refund the balance. No one is ever available and no one ever calls back. Huge nightmare. I called corporate and Peaches told me they don't do refunds! Huge rip off. Horrible long hallways. No dolly. Do not rent here. No one cares. The office is never open. There is never a dolly available. Long hallways to go down before getting to the unit. I suggest getting a storage unit you can pull up to instead of walking the maze with loads of stuff. Find another storage facility! This place is horrible AtoZ

I would not recommend anyone to utilize this storage facility, it is a money mill in constant progress! Every issue is computerized, 90% if you can contact a live person and that’s corporate and thee office personnel I wasn’t NEVER abled to contact! Twice I had to drive 6-8 miles to the nearest Allen Park to make payment because I needed to SEEa person! Upon exiting my belongings on thee first of APRIL I was charged a whopping $110 For what???? Not occupancy for a month , a few hours! I have more to say, I went threw pure hell with these people, homeless at the time, struggling with three storage units. Thank GOD for Uhaul Storage where I had two units that I could visit up until 10 o’clock at night with NO ISSUES AND GRACE PERIODS SAFE CLEAN AND NO PROBLEMS AMEN (wish you luck with Public Storage)๐๐๐๐๐๐
I was so happy that a lady by the name of Ms.Trina made everything so easy for me. I made reservations over the phone to rent a storage space and came in to pick up my lock and receive the pass code to access the gate. Great customer service and great rates might I add with 50% off for the first month!

I recently just got a unit here to store my extra belongings and I just wanted to say how great Vanessa was during the whole process. I could originally not find my unit and she helped guide me to the proper place. She helped get the best movers needed for the job at a reasonable price. I got the perfect amount of moving material from her that I needed to complete the job. Overall, great customer service and great positive energy and helped the process go smoothly.
I was helping my mom look for a storage unit since the one she currently has is to expensive. Vanessa was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She is a very sweet lady and seems customer oriented
