Removing the onsite employees removes the much needed customer service. I had to call the branch to inquire about a move out and they got back to me 2-3 days after. Shame it cost me another month of payments if they had someone to respond quicker.

I've had a unit here for several years now, and the only negative thing is they go up on the rent often.
Today I'm changing my review had the pleasure of speaking with Chris he was very kind and courteous he listened to my concerns and addressed them he explained I had been given incorrect information which was very helpful I've been with public storage since 1999 when my daughter started at the university of Michigan even after she graduated college I used them its a blessing when a company hears you and reachs out prior to my previous review I was 100 percent satisfied and thanks to Chris I'm 100 percent satisfied again I appreciate you taking time out to call me I highly recommend public storage they will listen to your concerns always clean and safe

My brother and sister in law rented a unit here and
The company placed a temporary lock on it until they brought in a lock, and within 24 hours the lock was on the ground and all of her stuff was gone! The company then said their unit is in a “blind spot” with the cameras. Very fishy, do not rent a unit from here. This company should be ashamed!

Initial fees were not properly explained when I called. On my day off check-in, I was unpleasantly surprised with the extra fees I was never told about. Ended up not getting the unit because of it. Huge inconvenience.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday with Tommie and David. David call to reassure that I reserved my storage united and help set up an appointment to meet with Tommie in person to take a look in the unit.
David was kind and easy to talk too it made the experience fun.
Tommie was kind, polite, and very patient with me and my one hundred and one questions. She reassured me of all of my worried, and took even further to make sure that the unit was going to be the best fit for myself. she walked me to my united and advise me the best/ optimal way of getting into my unit.
And for anyone like myself who have a disability, Tommie made it her top propriety in making sure that I was comfortable and understand every step along the way. I couldn't be more grateful, and having a laugh and making a friend was the cherry on top! Thank you guys for helping my brother and I!!! :)))
I started an online reservation for a unit and the lady at the counter, Tommie, helped me complete it in person. She was really nice, in a world where most receptionists hate their jobs and let it show. She showed me the unit and walked me through the process in a knowledgeable and courteous demeanor. With my experience, I would recommend others use this storage location
