The property manager was amazing. This is my first time at this particular public storage. I've actually used other public storages. I was familiar when they were still easy storage. So this facility was very clean. It was climate controlled. My unit was all ready for me. I went online and actually reserved it. I had no issues getting into the facility or getting out. She was very helpful, extremely warm and ebullient ent. When it came to her customer service, she answered all of my questions. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. I highly recommend. Her name was Shamia, give glowing recommendations.
I had a good moving staff was professional and the unit was clean
Shamia was great showed me to my new unit I did online because I was so confused. She was so nice and even open it for me and showed me around in case I need to use the carts.

So I found myself having to move once again so I decide to go back to the last place that held my personal items so that they could be stored once again. First let me say that I love the location. Ms. Vanessa and Corey were truly a blessing. Still needing to get a truck and pay the movers I explained to them my situation and they understood the assignment and was the biggest help to me. Let me start off by saying the staff is phenomenal - super nice and always willing to help! One or both of the big doors were always broken/out of order. Moving in originally was a pain only using the side door, and visiting my unit trying to move around the cars parked/moving when only one door was operational was a nightmare. I had my storage space there for a year and a half. Things started out great - reasonable prices, clean unit. A few months after I moved my stuff in, I noticed some mouse droppings in the unit. Again, didn't think much of it, this thing happens. Months later I went into my unit and almost everything in my unit had droppings on it. I talked to staff, they wrote a report and said they'd call their pest control and would call with an update. A month went by, they never called. I had to call, and they told me they had nothing new to report. The exterminator had come out and that was all they could do. At this point, my rent had more than doubled. I went in, vacuumed/picked up as many as the stray droppings as I could, considering my unit was packed, and hoped for the best. When I moved my belongings out a few months ago, every single thing in my unit, save for one or two Rubbermaids of items, was ruined with mouse pee/poop. All my furniture, clothes, appliances, basically the entire contents of our 1800 sq ft home and thousands of dollars worth of stuff had to go straight to the dump because they were so defiled in vermin excrement. Virtually nothing was salvageable. Unfortunately, the insurance they offer only covers up to $200 in vermin damage and we had to start all over when moving in to our new home. I will never be putting anything I own in a storage unit again, much less this one!

Why this place always have an issue with the doors or getting in but never have an issue with billing you or charging you late fees when half the time you can't get in to the building. Got a nerve to go up almost $40 a month on the same space. I will be removing my things as soon as possible. Shut it down or get new management

This is my first year renting a storage unit and I’ve never had an issue with anything before. Since I’ve been here I’ve done everything electronically so I wouldn’t have to communicate with anyone in the office and today was my first time having to step in to speak to someone. Sir Anthony was very communicative and knowledgeable about how things run here. He spoke well and answered my questions with clear and confident answers. What can I say they were great they help me I was in a real jam I went with another storage company and the day I got there to put my things in storage I couldn't because they were closed and they're supposed to be open and my niece told me about this place and she called and explain what was going on and they got me a storage just like that and I got a month for free they were very nice and I'm very pleased thank you so much.
