I want to thank Kendra and Alicia for helping me with my storage rental. Kendra helped me with a broken lot issue . She had a pleasant attitude and I really appreciated her help. My units were clean and the building was nice and cleaned.
Only downside is that the second door around the side doesn’t have a ramp, You have to pull up on the cart to go over the hump. This makes it very difficult to keep your items from falling off.

Ms. Alicia is the most wonderful, helpful, delightful property manager I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. However, I do not agree the whole autopay process and I feel that to some degree i am being pushed or forced in to a process in which I’m not comfortable with. This in no way affects Ms Alicia because as I stated previously she is best property manager I have encountered period.

I had a Fantastic experience with Alicia at the 1701 Whitehead Rd. Location. She show me my unit in advance to make sure that it fit all my needs. She even shielded me from the rain with her big umbrella. She informed me of all the information that I needed to move in and get comfortable. Everytime I call it somebody new is there and older staff member either quit or was fired, they over charge money to pocket your money, I suggest you DO NOT go to this one at 1701 Woodlawn Dr. go to another one, where are you could talk to actual staff member that’s going to be there to help you do your storage,
They don’t have A bathroom facility for you or your kids while you’re doing the storage unit, Half of the security cameras don’t even really work it’s not secure here
The best experience ever, I have never felt sooooo good rent anything before until now, Thank you Alicia.
My suggestion to new customers would be to find another storage unit. Within two years my unit price is almost DOUBLE. Despite inflation and current state of the economy Public Storage seeks to bleed customers for small storage units. Immediately when I secured this unit I received an email that Public Storafe acquired the previous owners business and within 2-3months my rates increased that same year. I am extremely frustrated at these drastic 20-30% rate hikes each year. Whereas units for 10x10s are currently going for less than half the amount I'm currently paying. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere or you will be in the same situation as I am. An extremely dissatisfied customer.
I'm actually writing my letter to the attorney General today to investigate price gouching tactics by this company. I believe customers like myself were taken advantage of especially during the covid19 crisis. This will not stand and I personally will not let it.
And for those new customers...ill give it 6months to one years and you'll be receiving your notice for increased fees. Good luck!!
