My wife and I were preparing for our 1st Annual Halloween event for the SJ Wilkes Foundation and one of our assistants left our tables and chairs carts outside at Public Storage; thinking the cart was property of your business this business. We thought our cart was gone and my wife immediately purchased another cart. Saturday 11/09/2024 we learned by Laurie that LaTasha locked our cart up in Public Storage's supplies area. Laurie contacted us to give us the good news, and assured the cart was returned back to us. Her, LaTasha and Laurie's professionalism should not go unrewarded. My wife and I are happy to know great customer service still exist. Again, thank you ladies for your excellent services and support to us.

I have had my storage unit now for almost two years and unfortunately I have to let it go. I spoke with Laurie for a long time and she is absolutely beautiful. She made me feel so much better after our conversation. She was kind and very understanding. I’ve never met her before but it felt like I’ve known her for years. Also, in my time with having the storage unit, I have had conversations with Raigan, who has also helped me at times when I needed her as well. If I ever need a unit, I will definitely take my business to them.

Update - New Management ** since my original post (below) 4 weeks ago - management brought in a new staff member Laurie who was actually in the office on a Sunday!! Imagine my surprise when I walked in and was able to speak with a human that helped me with my account needs. It was such a pleasant surprise and Laurie was great! Fingers crossed this new era of customer service will be just what this location needs!
If you enjoy human interaction when you have questions or need issues resolved, do not use this facility. This place is great for those that only need a virtual app based experience to leave their stuff and set up autopay. If you have questions, You’ll find that you’ll show up during business hours and the door to the customer section will be locked and when you call, leaving a message for the property manager to call - they don’t. Even after numerous messages.

Reigan was very efficient and great customer service, very understanding and impatient, great experience.
I rented here for about 2 years and it is always a clean and well kept space. However, my price increased quarterly; I went from paying $90 a month to over $200. I did not know this when I initially purchased the unit.
I was a previous customer here and looking to come back. This location has gone downhill. The manager seemed friendly enough but it is not clean anymore. The company overall is fine but I will look for a different location.

Nobody is ever in office and my bill is keep adding up didn't know until yesterday that you have to call and make an appointment we pay to much for the inconvenience only time you can reach them is when they call you because your late on payment I do not recommend

The facility is well maintained and I love the keyless entry from the PS app. I highly recommend this facility, Raigan was also very helpful and answered all of my questions in regards to my unit size and how the app worked.

I’ve had such a great experience with this location! I’ve had a unit here for a couple of years and the staff has always been friendly and professional and helpful. I spoke with Alicia today and she went above and beyond to assist my needs and make sure I was good to go before I left. If you’re looking for a good storage place this is your best bet!

This is by far the cleanest Public Storage that I have been to. The bathrooms are immaculately clean. Alicia has been a pleasure. Her attentiveness is amazing. She is such a pleasant person.
My family and I moved from out of state and the employees at Public storage was great. I came a day earlier than expected and the young lady at the desk was so helpful and walked me through the process (sorry couldnt remember her name). When we came back the following day to move in furniture Alicia was extremely helpful. She helped with the gate we had to go in exit side due to the size of moving truck, she offered water and even suggested a realtor.
I really like the contactless rental of units. You can rent everything online and scan your phone to access the gate. Very easy. However, when I got there with my truck load of stuff I quickly realized the unit reserved online was going to be too small. Alicia helped me resolve this quickly. She was able to quickly transfer the rental to a larger unit so my movers can get started on unloading the truck. She was a big help solving this issue since moving already comes with a level of stress. Other than that, the facility looks pretty clean and well lit and secure. I like the fact that you dont have to pay full price if you are there less than a month, so its good for me

Today I had an issue that I needed attention so I left a voice message and Alicia the manger called me back within minutes. I moved back home from college with my sister and we absolutely loved the space provided by Public Storage in Waldorf! The space was clean and secure and we had no problem checking out when we were ready to move out.

Ms. Alicia gave me great Customer Service today. At first I was very upset and annoyed with my payment concern -- but Ms. Alicia handled it with grace and fixed the problem. Overall, a good Customer Service. I gave a 3star because Public Storage phone system/service sucks and not customer friendly.

I came to get a queen size mattress bag since Walmart failed me and as soon as I walked in Alicia was super courteous with an amazing and bubbly personality and showed me instantly where the bags were. They raised rental fees by 44.00!! It's in contract that fees will rise according to Markey but come on!! They prey on people already in a tough spot and count on them not having the funds to move their stuff

Had a unit here for 6 or more years it was once Ezstorage when public Storage took over they increased their price for rent too much. I wish they also had trash cans to put minor things in there to keep it clean.
