When I called to get a quote Stephanie helped me. When I came in the next day she helped me get the right unit for what I needed it for. I didn't tell her me name she remembered me from the talk on phone the day before. She made the process very easy. Thank you so much Stephanie.

This was our first experience with a storage facility, and Stephanie made the process wonderful!! She is so knowledgeable, and answered every one of our many questions in detail, and with the utmost professionalism and a most positive and friendly attitude. She and her colleague were both a pleasure to work with.

Stephanie, the current onsite manager, is most helpful-spirited, plus knows company policies well. She's attentive to what specific tenants wish to know about our options, & she's clear about what basics every tenant needs to know. Stephanie works hard to maintain the property, as well as being cheerful & interested in why each customer has walked into the office. This particular location is highly unusual, being a park-like setting, with numerous drive-up units spread over a broad area, rather than the typical single building full of storage units.

Placing all of my personal belongings of value that are dear to me in an unfamiliar place, I was devastating experiences. But because of the warm & friendly service I received upon entering this Storage facility, and the assurance of the safety of my property from the staff, Mr. Nelson. I feel very at ease, and he has help made this very difficult experience I’m going through a comforting and Pleasant transition. I Thank him dearly!

I called public storage today and from the minute India answered the phone she was patient and professional. I came into the office and she quickly showed me both units today. She answered all of my questions! And I was able to purchase a unit. Honestly , I’m so indecisive and had it not been for India I might’ve still been left with questions or unsure about things but she is amazing! I know this is a long review but this is the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time better yet the best customer services ever. She’s also great at multi tasking. She quickly helped another customer and got right back to me. I could go on and on but really Public Storage, India is a gem.

My mom has had a space here for a while and the service is always A1. The new manager Stephanie is super polite and addresses whatever concerns we may have which isn’t much.

Bria was absolutely amazing and helped me resolve all my issues that were lingering for months.

I have totally changed my mind about this place. It is not a good place to rent a storage Space from before i've rented from a Storage place called easy store in dundalk 2years and the price never changed This place changes prices on you every few months. If you are on a fixed income it is definitely not a good place to rent from because they will keep changing the price It's not affordable any longer and right now I just don't have anyone who could move my stuff so I'm forced to pay the high price until I. Get someone because I am handicapped and do not drive. Your best bet is to find somewhere else to store your belongings. Stay away from this place

This place robs you blind. Charge late fees for no reason. Got my stuff out of there and they still charge me for the month of January when my stuff was already out and sent it to collections. They will not work with you Extra Space Storage is way way better do not get stuck with this place they keep raising the price

Bria offer exceptional customer service! She guided me through my first storage and made everything great! The 5x5 storage was perfect for holding my was items until my apartment is ready! Couple bar stool , art work, end tables..etc.

The property managers are great at this location(not sure if they are still there or not)..but rent goes up often and it be over 50 dollars each time. I'm looking to relocate!!!

The young lady that works there Bria was very nice, was very informative about the storage units and had very good customer service skills. I would refer this public storage to all of my friends and family.

I stored my clothes, accessories and kitchen items here for several months while i was out of town. I expected things to smell a bit due to closed space. But i was surprised that it was all so good and was exactly how I left. This place is super clean 🙂 highly recommend
