Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 7130 E Furnace Branch Road, Glen Burnie, MD

I have been actively looking for a storage facility close to my job and found that this location has everything that I have been looking for. The units are spacious enough to store everything I own until I move. The property is extremely clean, well lit and the units themselves are picture perfect. As an added bonus I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Sam who has a personality and smile so bubbly and bright. Though I haven't officially made my decision yet this location is the top runner.

Absolutely the worst storage place you can get, they constantly up the price behind your back, they constantly threaten to auction your unit but won't they'll just keep adding more BS fee's trying to ruin one's credit. Please go to another storage place.

Service with Astrid was prompt, courteous, and kind, prices were fair/to be expected, office space was clean and well kept.

To say I love this public storage would be an understatement. The building both inside and outside were extremely clean. I came to help find a close friend a unit while she’s in the process of moving but we really had no idea what size unit she would need. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely woman named Sam. She listened to all of our concerns and answered all of our questions. Sam even went out of her way and offered to show us the actual size of the units they had available. We came in expecting to get a unit and leave but what we got was a unit that we were both confident and happy with, plus so much more! The experience alone made the whole process for us, so much less stressful! I will definitely be referring everyone to this public storage! Thanks Sam!!

I'll be honest and say that Public Storage was getting a bit frustrating for me recently but the property manager Sam helped me sort everything out. She was kind, understanding and worked quickly to help me get everything squared away. While managing my issues she helped 2 other customers who walked in with ease. I would definitely recommend dealing with Sam at the furnace branch location.

I love this storage unit. I was help by a wonderful lady who goes by the name Sam. Sam helped me with getting my storage unit way pass office hours. She was very calm and patient with me very understanding. Even when the system was operating in a unusual way Sam didn't allow that from stopping her from assisting me. Sam kept trying and trying and trying and eventually some way some how Sam figured it out and I was able to get my storage unit. If anyone needs a storage unit I recommend Glen Burnie E Furnace Branch Rd where Sam works. She will get the job down and have u leaving with a smile on your face. Thank You Sam.

Way overpriced for what you get. $100 a month for a closet and cockroaches.

Moving experiences can be so stressful— my day was going horribly. I couldn’t quite get my reservation to complete payment online and rushed to the site to speak with someone. Sam handled everything and made the process incredibly easy for me. I ended up needing a bigger storage unit- 10x20 is great for a small 3 bedroom house, I had a 10x10 originally. A little kindness goes a LONG way and it was very much appreciated. Thank you Sam.

The front gate was broke.The storage locker was broken you could pull it open with the lock on it! Upside is they are cheap for a nice size locker.

Where to start my mom had gotten a storage unit an sam was working an she was awesome an that was 2019 my mom passed 1 week later unexpectedly an I wasn't ready to go thru her stuff so I just went in an spoke with Sam an she was very helpful an reminded me to take my time an I had the unit there for three years I just recently went thru it an fanilly was able to get rid of the unit an around the same time I ended getting a bigger unit but it connected the unit to my mom an I was trying to get it out of her name an the only way was to change the until to another one an I've been waiting for one to become available close to it to be able to just switch it close instead of having to move it tons of units away so on the second to last day of the month Sam was put in the cold to clear out a bin on go-cart load at a time so I would make it in time to clear my unit before the new cycle starts for billing an she reassure me that it because I had been waiting if I needed an extra day she would indeed help me with another da but I was able to get it cleared just in time . But besides that Sam is a great person in this business an cares about her customers when it could be different she could be the opposite. I will forever continue to come to public when needed any kind of storage . . She has given me the experience any person should have. Thankyoubfor everything Sam.

Would not recommend. They jack the rent up every couple months. When you ask why you are paying 3 times the advertised current rate they just dust you off. Very poor attitude towards people. I actually am searching for a new storage facility because the rent is now 3 times the rate of what I can get somewhere else. Hate to expend the time moving but oh well. They also do not maintain facility too good. The doors on my building is jammed up all the time and so crooked anybody could pull door open. The climate control is never close to a reasonable temperature.

My only complaint about this location and about public storage locations in general is the constant problem of rising rental rates. Do you have your stuff stored there and you don’t wanna move it again and then the rates start increasing. They have you over a rental barrel. Other than that, the staff he was very friendly and helpful the unit was clean and my stuff in like a damaged by mold or water and so I’m happy with that.
