I recently helped a friend who was having a tough time financially and her storage unit was up for sale. I contacted Ms. Tyrielle and she was amazing. She was understanding and took the extra time to explain what I could do to make the account up to date. She even made an appointment with me so that we ensured the account was made correct. This review is for Tiffany, who is an outstanding employee. Although someone else assigned me a storage space on the 2nd floor when I preferred one on the ground floor, Tiffany assisted me in resolving the issue and suggested booking online for better rates. I am very satisfied with her help. It's unfortunate that she has to relocate to another state.

Tiffany is an outstanding employee She helped me with the elevator on numerous occasions She showed me how to enter the code several times She also gave me a bottle of water because it was so hot. An irate customer gave her a hard time but she remained calm and he calmed down. She deserves a raise and a promotion

Worst rates. Worst customer service. Don’t attempt to call because it requires you to leave and voicemail and no one calls you back. Extra space storage prices are 3/4 the price of these units.

Her and I had interactions a few months back and over the last 2 days with in person interactions we have discussed transferring my unit and other options that were available to fit my needs and price points. She was understanding and really took the time to have normalized conversations with me; I didn’t feel judged or frowned upon for my decisions to store; not many workers do any of that anymore in addition to getting everything done. Danielle was amazing, I came to find a place for a camper and I was worried about how to park it. She was so helpful in allowing me to walk the spot and get an idea. The spot has a little on a angle . But I took it. She took the time a week later to call me to let me know a new spot had come available that was more straight on. That is outstanding customer service. A week later she took the time to still provide great service after the paperwork was signed. A plus plus plus!!! Gold star!
Great storage facility. I wasn't happy originally when public storage took over from EZStorage, the management was horrible. I was getting ready to switch storage locations and she reached out to me and made sure my needs for this storage location was met. She knows how to take care of her customers.

Just rented a 10X10 and am amazed at the immaculate condition of every inch of this facility.!!! Amazing in this day!. Danielle, the manager, was friendly, efficent and gave very, very helpful options for me, a first time client. She is exactly what Public Storage should want as the face of their company! Her organizational skills and management of the facility are first class, and THAT is what PS wants. I can see a future for her in Regional, if not higher management. This Public Storage location is extremely clean and orderly and I always feel very safe when I'm on the property. The elevators, overhead doors, and flatbed trucks are always in perfect working condition. I've moved several heavy items into and out of my unit on multiple occasions, and it's been easy and convenient for me to do by myself. The staff there are always friendly and helpful. Kristen was working at the desk last week and she was kind, competent, and patient with me as she helped explain and show me the options I had for switching to a larger storage unit in the facility.

Called the 800# and the representative wasn't nice. He basically told me that the special I saw was incorrect and questioned my intelligence. Once, I told him that I reserved the unit online, he put me on an extended hold. In essence, he abandoned the call.
However, as soon as I confirmed my reservation, I received a delightful call from Danielle. I told her what I experienced and she was apologetic although it wasn't her who was rude. She took her time to explain the process and gave me very specific instructions on how to finalize my reservation.
I've never been so excited to meet someone because her professionalism was 5-star. She's so personable and compassionate.
As promised, Danielle called me to remind me about my appointment and to ensure that it was still a convenient time for me. Once onsite, Danielle was just as pleasant and friendly as I experienced over the phone. She explained each step and was engaging. I was a bit freaked out by the access code process. But, for no reason because Danielle walked me through process with ease.
