This place was spectacular..nice and clean. The young lady Ty was very nice and helpful. Before coming into the location, I called, Ty was very helpful with providing prices and the size unit I would need for my belongings. When I visited the location I was very pleased. I definitely would recommend to my friends and family

I recently rented a unit at public storage and overall, I’m very satisfied with the experience. The facility is well-maintained and secure, with gated access and plenty of cameras, which gives me peace of mind. The staff were friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and guiding me through the rental process.

I came to this location last week to get a unit for me and my husband, we were helped by Rachel, she was so friendly and helpful! All questions we had were answered and she went above and beyond to make our experience the best!

This site is phenomenal and worth every penny. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The facility is always clean and it’s very easy to gain access to the flatbed carts, the garage doors you can can park next to for easy unloading, and the elevators. I highly recommend this property for anyone for spare storage of any size.

I have been using this storage facility for the last year. The property is well maintained and relatively clean considering the amount of people coming and going at any given time. What really makes this particular storage facility stand out is the staff. Rachel, who works in the front office has been a big help when navigating a few account matters and unit changes. She provided support, friendly service, and made the entire process much easier.

10/10 Rachel is so helpful not only knowledgeable about renting storage units, And any questions we had she conducted a tour for us she's also friendly and personable !

I'm giving 5 stars to Rachel at the facility at 8190 Ritchie Hwy. The call center gave me a bad experience, doing everything wrong. They 1st gave me a closet size unit knowing it would not fit a quarter of my belongings. Then I was told that Sat I booked, that the location was closed on Sunday. I was also told the manager could allow us extra time after they close. I had to re-book another unit that would fit my belongings and they did not honor the $1 for the first month due to their (his) mistakes. I had to have everyone that came to help from WV stay overnight and pay another day for the uhaul. I did not receive my refund fully for the first unit I was unable to use. This was a nightmare and a horrible experience knowing I was unable to do it alone and holding people up another day to help me. Rachel went above and beyond to help me with my move. I had to call her over and over and take up a lot of her time. She was so kind and Helpful! She did everything in her power to help me. I was beyond stressed out due to this! Rachel I sincerely appreciate your hard work. I would Not be using Public Storage if it were not for you! No customer should Ever have to go through this! You my dear, deserve praise and a raise! I'm so turned off with the call center and they still have not fixed their mistakes. Customers make sure you have time to go see your unit or you will end up with a closet unit for a 2 bedroom home that will not fit! When that mistake is made they will not honor the $1 for the first month! When you pay people to help you move and you can't do it alone, be prepared to pay extra. To the movers and Uhaul! I would advise customers to go to the facility yourself rather than call the call center. Rachel will indeed get the job done and unfortunately attempt to fix the mess the call center made. She is very professional and pleasant to work with. This hurt my heart because I just has surgery before the move and had so much on my plate. I'm still today trying to fix the wrong done on the 18th of November. We should have been done on the 18th but we were not able to complete the move until the 19th, which the call center said they were closed on that Sunday. I was literally in tears! Knowing my family had to get back to WV to work! Thank you to my family for not leaving me stuck with a 15ft Uhaul full of furniture and boxes that I could not move by myself! I appreciate you! Thank you to my son who had to put the unit in his name because the guy messed up the one in my name! Shame on you! Now I have to sit on the app today and fix this mess. When companies make mistakes, it's normal and ok because we are not perfect. However when the company doesn't fix the issue, that's a Problem! Companies get so big and forget about the customers that helped you get there. Due to me being an expert reviewer with Google, I normally will not do bad reviews so I never hurt any business. I had to do this review because Rachel deserved it and customers will not be put in a bad spot like I was! Thank you Rachel for being amazing 👏 ❤️ I apologize that I have taken so much of your time! I sincerely appreciate you and always will! You have an amazing work ethic and it will take you far! The call center would get 1 star for the people who attempted to help after the mix up! I'm sure their not all bad! I want to update my review and thank Rachel and Astrid so very much. You lady's really helped fix this huge mess made via call center.

Rachael who works the front desk is ALWAYS very personable and smiling. She even remembered my mother's full name and it is NOT a common name. We've never even met another person with that name in her 92 yrs. Lol. Always fantastic service from her.

I made a online reservation for a 10’x10’ unit for a Labor Day sale price. My appointment was yesterday at 5:30. I get there at 5:20 and the doors were locked. I called customer service and they gave me the property managers number which no one answered. After 3 tries I left a voicemail and left the facility after waiting around until almost 6pm. I received a call the next day from Tiffany who was polite and helpful, but when informed me they had given away my unit and no longer had any floor units. She called another facility but they would not honor my deal. And her manager was not willing to accommodate me with a 10’x20’ space. I was willing to pay more for it but not full price just with the same original deal or deduction(Labor Day sale). He was not willing to accommodate me even though all of this was not my fault. Very disappointing Edit:The manager called me 30 minutes after leaving this review and made it right by honoring my deal and accommodating me with a 10’x20’ unit on the ground floor as requested. I did have to cover the difference but still received the sale discount. My experience today was much more enjoyable. Tiffany took me through to see the unit and walked me through all the steps flawlessly. Thank you for fixing the situation and in a timely manner! I look forward to continued business.

Stopped in to price storage spaces. I was helped by Kristen who provided me with loads of information about different sizes for many different scenarios and how to get the very best price and value. By the end of our conversation I felt like I had completed a college course in everything you need to know about renting a storage unit. Kristen is really an asset to the company.

I needed about 42 thousand questions to be answered and not gonna lie, I was extremely stressed out when I got here (no fault of public storage)...but Rachel was amazing in answering even my most ridiculous questions...she also had a brightness to her that changed my entire day. She had me laughing within 5 mins of me being here and had me upbeat. Definitely coming back, if for nothing other than Rachel.

She was in constant coordination and communication with me from the very start of the process of getting my things moved into the building! She rearranged her whole afternoon to make sure to accommodate my busy work schedule and even went so far as to call 30min before my appointment time to make sure I was going to be able to make it on time! On Monday of last week, I visited a storage facility to explore the availability and pricing of larger storage units than the one I currently have. I was searching for a bigger unit at a reasonable price and was considering various storage facilities. Rachel assisted me by discussing different storage sizes, options, and prices. She was able to locate precisely what I needed, and the price was within my budget. Rachel was not only courteous but also exceptionally helpful, making her the best!

Location has been great for the almost 2 years I've been. Kristen was a big help and showed genuine concern with my rent increase and worked to help have it reduced for me

Great facility that I have been with for a couple of years! I use a unit to store medical products for my sales job. I would like to thank Kristen Bayne recently who helped me out big time to receive a a freight delivery of products that was backed up/delayed - I let her know that it was extremely important for me to get the shipment on a specific day and she went above and beyond with communication to make sure the delivery made it on the scheduled day!

Rebecca was the absolute best. She was patient and courteous and mindful of my time. She's a definite keeper. Danielle was also the absolute best!!!!

This place was organized and clean and the manager Becca was Super helpful, friendly and so easy to work with! As I was returning some Easter Decorations to my Storage Unit, I decided to go the office to inquire about the possibility of transfering my belongings from a 10 X 10 unit to a 5 X 5 unit. Becca, the manager at the facility, was very welcoming and wonderfully helpful. She convinced me to make the transfer today since it is the last day of the month. Perfect timing!! She even offered to help me move my belongings from one unit to the other!! Sometimes, the unexpected, unplanned achievements are the most rewarding and satisfying! And thanks to Becca, I am able to say, "mission accomplished". The Public Storage facility on Ritchie Hwy is very fortunate to have such a dedicated and caring person as Becca!! Thank you!!
