I'm a mover and have been to several Public storage locations in the area. I have seen the manager Kayla at a few of those locations. Today i heard her ask our client for a review and wanted to leave one as well.She is always smiling from ear to ear and ready to help. Just want the company to know.

Horrible Horrific Terrible experience, I’m writing this Caz don’t want to happen this to others I have rented a unit over there, on my first day in facility the elovater was not working, by calling them they said to use stairs, getting in by stairs and wanting to come out the code is not working, my 21 year old cousin struck in dark for 25 plus minutes with no help then finally he make his way out through emergency exit. That was horrible. By calling them again and again out come is negative. They make some false promises which they trun down next day. Call center representative was awful and mean. Completely unacceptable. Hope higher management understands the situation and try to make it right. Don’t wanted to write negative but don’t want to happen this to anyone else.

I just got by taking a online space and then I didn’t like the specific unit allocated online Mack helped he greatly too transfer the unit and change my decision on the same day that was quick, his relation to customer is highly appreciated

At first I had high hopes with this storage location, however things went down hill. Our first visit went great. Every visit after that has been a disaster! The codes to the door never works, we've had movers have to wait while we figure out why we could not get in. Which cost us money because they are paid via the time used. No one is ever in the office during the times we've stopped by to help us. You literally have to call and be on the phone for at least 10 to 15 to get help. I hope they improve this malfunction soon. If not we'll be finding elsewhere to store our things.

The best storage facility around the greater Baltimore area, BY FAR!!! Juan is an excellent representative for the company. Public Storage got themselves a good one here. He is polite, accommodating, and a true gentleman. I wish I could find employees like him. You just don't see people like that anymore. Shaelia, is also an amazing person. She is always smiling and is such a sweet person. Shaelia also deserves a pat on the back. Lastly - The facility. Its clean. Period. I didn't observe not one drop of mouse dung on my inventory. Not one. It also doesn't have that weird storage facility smell most have. I buy units all around the DMV area, and this one definitely tops them in terms of cleanliness and hospitality. Highly recommended. Come see for yourself! Juan and Shaelia will take care of you!

Called this location this morning and the guy I spoke to was very friendly,helpful and very patient with all my questions and concerns. He was able to answer all the questions I had and give me clarity as well. He not only listens but asks questions as well,that I may have forgotten to ask. He makes it easy to be comfortable with renting or deciding what I rent with you.

I absolutely love this Public Storage facility, in most part because of the exceptional customer service I always receive from Juan and his colleagues. I have been a customer since 2018, and throughout this time the customer service, cleanliness, accessibility, climate control, availability of carts every time, ease of parking, online options, and security of this "home away from home" for our important belongings has been consistently exceptional. This is the place where you want to store your stuff temporarily. I used for 4 months while I was in moving transit. It is very clean, nice staff (Juan is the best one), easy access and a good security system. I have used the other storages and they never met my expectation. This one is the very good storage that I am glad to find!

Do not use Public Storage. Even though we thought we signed a contract for a year rental, the fine print allows then to increase monthly fees. Our rate just increased 15%. What a pain to have to move storage units because of unethical practices.

Juan was very helpful and explained the process for renting a space. He helped us rent a unit which was easier than expected.

Not being kept nearly as clean since ownership changed. The new owner also got rid of the perfectly functional carts and replaced them with dinky plastic ones that are hard to steer. Update: they raised the rent $30/mo to $180. I got a slightly smaller unit in a new facility for $46/mo. Goodbye!
