My experience was outstanding. Kim truly understands the customer experience. I would not be renting there unless it was for her.
Moving is always an stress-inducing experience. Especially when you’re managing the logistics of different companies and schedules. I appreciate that the Public Storage at Red Branch has staff on site who are not only knowledgeable about the rates and promos, but also serve with empathy. Sheila was able to answer all of my questions with a level of customer service that is rare now that customer service bots are becoming more prevalent. I really appreciated the human white glove service. If you’re looking for a storage unit and they’re all relatively the same to you, opt for this facility where the staff is kind and helpful. It made a big difference on moving day!

This is the worse storage organization ever, out of all the storages I rented. I wouldn't give them any stars if it wasn't for Ms. Kim, she's 5 stars. The rates are ridiculous. I've never heard of a storage facility cutting off a customer's lock, usually they would place their locks on your storage in addition to your lock. Then they charge you for their lock. Public Storage have some unethical policies & make it hard for a person to get back on track with their account, having these outrageous fees. I'll never rent from them again & will make it my business that my social network become aware of their ridiculous prices & hidden fees that were added to my leasing agreement. Be aware of that $1 rental price to draw you in.
Beware. Rented a unit online, which is the method they direct you to use. The descriptions online for the smaller units are misleading and deceiving I came to find. The unit I rented turned out to be a locker in a wall, which was completely useless for my needs. I requested a full refund as I never even opened the unit. Well, despite doing everything online they claimed there was a $30 non-refundable “administrative” fee. They literally did NOTHING and provided me nothing. I am still fighting to get this fee back and they are completely obstinate. I would not trust Public Storage as they have demonstrated that they are an untrustworthy organization. They literally stole $30 from me.
If you MUST use them I highly recommend you visit the location and tour it to make sure you get what you need. Make them actually do SOMETHING for the ridiculous scam non-refundable “administrative” fee.
Kim is absolutely amazing. She is totally excellent at what she does, and sincerely cares about her clients. She gets ten stars 🌟

Kim has been extremely helpful throughout my storage experience.
The facility is very clean, climate controlled and lots of carts make it so easy to get from the truck to the unit. My only problem was that the rate went up so quickly and I could no longer afford to pay the monthly fee. Kim worked as hard as she could to lower the cost for me but corporate sets the rates..
So my experience there was

Only frustration was that corporate seemed to set arbitrary price hikes which sometimes added unreasonable monthly bills
Highly recommend that you stay in contact with Kim and see if she is able to offer help lowering the rates.
I rented a space using the website and I have yet to need customer service assistance from an actual person because the technology works consistently.

Facility is nice and clean. Beware the price increases here are consistently baffling. Pricing is not even remotely close to other storage facilities in the area. Been at this facility for close to 3 years and the price has increased over double our original set price. Not necessarily the specific locations management's fault but the lack of respect public storage corporate has for its customers is very disheartening.
i’m not sure who it was who answered my call but they were so rude to me!
i simply asked how we would go about putting someone else’s things into the unit and not being responsible for it after (bc they aren’t our things) and they cut me off several times while i was asking my questions. then when i pointed out they had been disrespectful, he insisted i was disrespectful first..

The Red Branch location is fantastic. Manager Kim Banks helped me reserve and successfully move in to a unit there a few months ago. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. It is climate controlled and I know my stuff is safe and sound there.
