I came in looking for a small unit to rent for a little while, and Mrs. Peggy greeted me at the door and began helping me right away, she told me about the deals they offer for online registration. Unfortunately my phone wasn’t allowing me to rent online, so she helped me step by step in store order my unit! She showed me how to work the app, and how to get access to the building and my unit!! i really would like to thank her for going out of her way and helping me. Tyrielle was so helpful and patient with me. Very knowledgeable and was able to explain the process and rules to me and answer all my questions with no attitude. She just put a smile on my face and made me feel so much better about having to move.
The only issue I have is that this location is not 24hrs and that sucks.

I came to Public Storage with no knowledge of renting a unit, and was greeted with a warm smile from From Ms. Peggy, and Mr. Mac who are both very knowledgeable of the storage sizes and measurements versus the items being stored. They both walked me through the process step by step and answered every question I had.
Ms. Peggy gave me a short tour of the building so I would know where my storage space is. I would recommend this storage space to anyone looking for a clean organized space with warm welcoming staff. Thanks for the experience
