I have 2 units here for my business and the on sight manager Sean is very helpful, respectful keeps the sight clean and is on point whenever there are issues he makes signs to keep the property still running great! I recommend this storage location to anyways

I rented a unit for a few month at this facility and the experience was just top notch thanks to Shawn!! This guy knows customers service like no one. He just blew me away at my first visit at the facility! I'm a small business owner and my previous career was in corporate America and I know a "one or two things" about customer service. Shawn should multiply himself and help other companies rise above. This guy should be an instructor of customer service! If my company was big enough I would had hire Shawn to teach and lead my team!

I spoke with Shawn/Sean (I don’t know the correct spelling of his name, sorry!) and he was so kind and helpful over the phone. I’m really anxious when it comes to major things like moving, and he made me feel less stressed about asking questions that I didn’t know. I can tell he’s the type of guy to keep an infectious smile on his face, cause I couldn’t stop grinning from his politeness and professionalism. Give that guy a raise!!

My brother and I recently started renting a 10x15 unit here. It’s our first time renting a storage unit and the assistance we got from Shaun was incredible. He’s very good at explaining how Public Storage does things and helped us get a good idea of the type of unit we needed. He’s always pleasant when we chat with him. Always very willing to answer questions and he checks in to make sure we are happy with our unit still. He was great with helping us set up our app and checking to make sure our access worked properly. The unit itself is the perfect size for our stuff and the second floor is well maintained. We’ve had no issues with rodents or other issues. They also have sturdy dollys you can use to transport your stuff to and from your unit. I highly recommend using this Public Storage for your needs, it’s been such a wonderful experience. 10/10!

I am solely writing this review to speak about how wonderful Shaun(office manager) is. I have known him for over 4 years and he's always professional, informative, patient and prompt. I truly love seeing him when I walk in with my questions and as always, he has answers for me. Not to mention he keeps the grounds well kept.
As far as a review about public storage, I fully understand that a business is a business but if my storage rent is increasing and I already have a 5x5, why must I move all of my things from one 5x5 to another 5x5 just to get the "deal?" Aside from that, my things are safe and I haven't had any rodent issues in a long time since EZ storage transitioned to public storage, so thanks for that.
I've been a customer with public storage for awhile. Everyone who works there is great, knowledgeable and give outstanding customer service. But I have to admit, Katy is the best. She has gone above and beyond when helping me before. Kudos to you Katy, thank you for all the help from the bottom of my heart.

It looks like Shawn may be the only competent employee at this location. I wish I would have the pleasure of working with him instead of the person who answered the phone today. Worst 2 day experience of my life. & All because the property manager was nowhere to be found & still hasn’t returned my calls. Good job at being terrible thoroughly, corporate couldn’t find him either. Uhaul would never. I’m glad they were there to save the day! I just want my money back public storage!

Much happier with this location since recently transferring over from a different Public Storage location in the city. Clean and secure. Shaun’s customer service was the key element to my five-star experience. From his follow-up phone call after my reservation was made, understanding my storage needs and making appropriate recommendations, providing me a tour of the facility, explaining my contract in great detail, to walking me through my rental, his knowledge and professionalism are what really sold the deal. I expected the facility to be neat, clean, and secure, which it is. It was the treatment that I received, which was bar none, that helped me decide on this location.

I started using this Public Storage location a few months ago and from day one I was pleasantly pleased with how clean, safe and how everything is well kept. The first person that I met there is a gentleman named Shaun. Shaun was great from day one, he was very knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. The guy is just an overall good person. Ok, so I am helping my daughter move and we had to store some items here until the move is complete. Oh My Goodness! All I can say is Shaun is the bomb. He actually assisted me with opening my account in the beginning. Shaun is always professional, polite and funny. Shaun makes the process pretty darn easy. I must say I had a recent setback and all I can say is that Shaun assisted my sister in getting things straightened out. My sister can't say enough about him. This was a crucial time for me and my sister was handling things for a little bit. There isn't enough recognition to give him in my opinion. Shaun has always been such a wonderful (manager) of the facility, and is always professional, accommodating, and attentive. In fact, we decided to continue staying here since the change in ownership last year simply because of him.Things have really changed since Public Storage has taken over (eg: extended hours are no more, and the cost has went up on all sizes). That aside, it is still clean, accessible, and secure which we appreciate.
