Been at this location for years! Gabrielle really helped me out..I needed to change units from big to smaller..Right away she made that happen for me! Saving me time and money! She's awesome!

My bill started out at around $110 , 2 years ago and has rapidly increased. I was just informed that it will be $277 a month. These people are scam artists , taking advantage of their customers. I understand inflation and I understand business, this is PRICE GOUGING at it finest. DONT FALL FOR THE SCAM , my unit was also INFESTED with black snakes and I have to dodge them everytime I need to get to my stuff.
I was assisted by Purity (beautiful name by the way) She was very helpful and very quick with helping with my question/concern about my monthly rental charges. She made a note in the system, helped lower my fee. I was in and out within 3 minutes! THANK YOU!

I dont know who the hell Miss Angie is or when they hired her but CHILLLEEE, give her the keys to the GM suite ! Lol she was such a pleasure and amazing to work with. Im not gonna lie ive had ashitty time dealing with tPS and their fine print, nasty worker attitudes and more. Ms Angie was oh so helpful, provided me with the information I needed, she listen to my sob story and helped me make a plan of action while supplying me with information to make sound and informed decisions. Fix your alarm in g section ridiculous I have called 17 times in 2 weeks and multiple managers have told me it's been fixed it hasn't. I have been at my storage locker for about 30 min today and the alarm has gone off for 2 minutes 11 times during that 30 minutes. Insane sounds like a fire alarm blaring at an insane decibel.
My experience with Property Manager Angie, and also with the previous Property Manager Shawanna have been wonderful. They have been Very Helpful and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Angie went the distance for me when I was arranging to empty one of my units and when the door to my other unit would not open. Also, District Manager Nick was very helpful and worked with me to address my concerns. I appreciate all of this excellent customer service they have provided!!

I was frustrated not being able to pay fees for my reservation because I having problems paying it on line, but not until I went to the location in waever Rd I believe and one of the most nicest person in my opinion, who called several PS patiently to help and like magic she asked what is the app saying when I try to make my payments , so I logged in again to show it to her and I believe with her willingness to help me and the smile on her face which I read as it's going to be ok ,the payments magically went through after I had tried for over 45 minutes and wasn't working, I thank you miss Angie and will always recommend you when someone asks about storage, I'll tell them to go to the magic Lady Angie on weaver Rd, you Rock we need more people like you on our beautiful planet call 🌎
It seems that customer service is ALIVE AND WELL at Public Storage on Wever Rd in Fullerton/Whitemarsh area. Had the pleasure of meeting Angie and she took care of me , helped me through the process of renting a storage unit. Answered ALL my questions. Kind and professional!! I like the location, WHOLE area is clean, well maintained! I also like that there are CAMERAS .. ALL AROUND! I feel my possessions will be very safe here. Thank you Angie for being patient with this Retiree!!

After being with public storage for more than 5 years, I have been able to consolidate and move out. Very satisfied!
The people here are so nice and helpful. Is clean and I love that I can just pull right up to my unit.
Paid for 2 months. Moved in July 9. Should have until September 9th to vacate. Locked out of unit on September 1st after canceling storage and moving out 95 percent of my stuff. The other 5 percent was not my stuff and didn't get moved out by the 31st of August. Went on the 1st of September to retrieve remaining stuff and found I was locked out of the unit for not paying for the month of September. Yet, I was paid for 2 full months as of July 9th. Basically, they don't care that I have 9 days left paid for. Customer service will not let me cancel my account OR retrieve my stuff unless I pay for a month I will never use. Craziness. Customer service is garbage and can't even do simple math.
Called them in morning and asked few questions and they answered them, I went there and got the Unit, the young lady working was great, I recommend this place to All

I’m browsing for storages at the moment, I came and peeped in on this location today, Property was clean, units didn’t appear to be in bad shape. I’ll be moving soon and think I want to store here. There was a sign on the door that the property manager was on the property assisting another customer, I didn’t have much time to wait as I came on my lunch break but I will come back. I saw a sign on the door to leave a google review so here I am.
Convenient location and decent facility but be careful of very high rent increases that can happen monthly according to their customer service phone Rep. I do not recommend using them for long term storage because you will be paying a LOT. Honestly, it's a pretty shady business practice increasing the rental cost so much to current tenants while new move-ins get half the rate. I would understand some increases over time but they lure you in with a cheap rate and then jack up the price extensively once you're already in. It's a total bait-and-switch on your customers, a very disgraceful method to use but I'm sure effective for them since most people don't have the means to move their stuff twice.
I've found it way cheaper to simply move items to another storage facility. Lesson learned, don't make my mistake!
