Went in to Public Storage to rent a unit and was met by Stephanie who happily welcomed me and not only answered all my questions but helped me decide on the right size storage unit. She was extremely welcoming and helpful with explaining everything and got me in and out quickly with no issues. Definitely glad I came to this particular facility, Stephanie was great!!

Great location and service. Extra space denied me an advertised promotion so I stopped in at public storage and was really surprised at how helpful Stephanie was . She directed me to their website where she helped me through the rental process because it offered a better rate than in store. 10/10

Stephanie Keller was so nice to me and my family, she went out of her way to get me a new Storage unit. They were booked up and she made sure I had a new locker. Public Storage really needs to read this review. I am so satisfied with her knowledge about packing items, know exactly how many units she has on hand and where to find them is a plus. Property is kept immaculately, no trash or garbage left anywhere. Access is easy and the handcarts were more than helpful for my vacate.

This facility is very well kept, elevator and loading dock are easy to use and my rental process was even more simple!

DON'T RENT FROM THIS LOCATION This location was better when it was EZ Storage. The customer service is horrible. when you call you don't get an answer you come to the location nobody's here. They open at 9:30 a.m. but nobody is available to assist you. I wouldn't recommend renting anything from here because you'll just be wasting your money. I had to come in and put a new lock on my unit and when I got here it was no staff to assist me I had to wait almost an hour for someone to come. I called customer service they even called the location but nobody answered the damn phone. Mind you people were also there that came everyday for weeks and no help. Also they don't answer the phone!!

The worker in the office was excellent at her job, and made it a super fast process! Didn’t take more than 10 minutes for her to find the space I needed for me to rent!

Terrible property manager. Denied access 2x and there’s never anyone in office. No one ever picks up the phone. I don’t understand how hard it is to work an office. I get paid less to do more work and always show up. I wish the palm colored lady just quit with that nasty looking face and attitude

If I could give this location -2 stars I honestly would.... The other lady who used to manage the place was GREAT....This new lady (Stephanie) is complete trash. Smh. Idk if it's cause she just doesn't care but Stephanie is a terrible property manager..... Public Storage "LOST" multiple payments that I made on my unit and charged me A LOT of fees for it. I paid everything off but that situation was still complete hell. Stephanie would continuously refer me to the district manager (Nikkia) who was also NO HELP to the problem. Nikkia would not respond to any calls or emails that I sent her but Public Storage continuously called and emailed me asking me to make payment on the unit. It literally took them 2 months to resolve the missing payment issue and it wasnt until THE DAY BEFORE my unit was going to be auctioned off that it was resolved. Smh. There was also a time within the past 2 months where there were rodent droppings in the building because apparently someone had FOOD in their unit. Stephanie only mentioned it to me after I complained about seeing some dropping near my unit. Overall Stephanie has a TERRIBLE attitude and really needs to be evaluated by her superior because the way that she handles customers is not the proper way. Again, this specific location deserves -2 stars...

I have a few friends that already use this particular location of public storage. I've gotten very good reviews from them. I came today to see for myself if what they were saying was true. I must say that Zach has such a pleasant attitude and personality. He was truly professional and made me feel totally welcome. He was very informative on the units and answered all of my questions to satisfaction (including pricing and the overall scope of the rentals we looked at). I felt very comfortable when I left, seeing that this will be my first experience storing my belongings. Thank you so much Zach for putting my mind and heart at ease.
