This place is one to avoid. Rent has gone up and up and up. The facility is almost never operational with doors that don't work or the elevators that break down when looked at too hard. It's sad that this is a newer building but has so many problems.

Way too many bugs. I've tried getting to my unit several times, yet there's always wasps blocking my unit. I'm allergic, so I can't take the risk. I've also seen mice and other pests. This place needs pest control immediately. Don't even get me started on the elevators...
GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Elevators are always out, so you can’t get to your stuff. One of the two elevators has been down since the place opened. Main door to drive in area also frequently doesn’t work. Supposedly climate controlled but always super hot. And units are super expensive. Don’t go here.

Leased a space at Public Storage at another location for 10 years, and recently came to the Belair Rd location 3 months ago.
PROS - Low leasing cost, drive thru bay which allows you to move items during inclement weather, public storage app is easy to use to pay your monthly fee
CONS - One elevator in operation for the entire facility. Customers are told the elevator is not working yet there is no SIGN posted alerting anyone that the elevator is not operational. Why haven't' you fixed the elevator in 3 months? I don't think it's broken at all. I think it's been taken out of service. Customers have to stand in-line and wait for a open elevator on busy weekends.
NOT ENOUGH ORANGE CARTS - 6 carts for one facility. On any given day there is not enough, let alone on a busy Saturday.
TRASH and DEBRIS on the grounds. Bottles, plastic bags, and paper blowing around on the parking lot.
SECURITY CODE is not in use for the Elevators; the orange box on the wall is disabled for that purpose. Anyone can get on the elevator. If your coming to storage facility after hours it would be nice to have that extra layer of protection for customers. Any individual can piggy back off of another customer driving in. An individual can follow them in thru the open bay door and never enter a security code. The bay door remains open for 5 minutes after a customer drives in or exits. Requiring customers to use the key code for the elevator would provide added security, and should be required.

God works in mysterious ways. I had a very negative experience at another public storage, which caused me a great deal of anxiety especially since I need to store irreplaceable items while my basement is being renovated. She politely and calmly helped me get a storage unit. She was thorough & helpful!! She is a true asset to your company.

This young lady was rude, not helpful and complained about how the doors don’t work. Not a good look for a new renter.
