Today is 12-21-24 my daughter when to her storage. And now she is locked in the storage gate. She been trying to get out 30 minutes. There is no emergency number to call. The person at the front desk did not check to see if all anyone was still in there storage. She is standing outside in the cold. And now I'm calling 911

I've been dealing with a lot this year and facing an auction on my property was making it worse. She went above and beyond to make this situation less stressful on me. Customer Service is top tier. Representative was able to assist me with getting the right size unit needed for my 3br apt. Initially I had chosen 7×10 but Ms.Ashleigh stated a 10×20. With that size unit I was able to fit Living room, Bedrooms, and Washer and Dryer

Recently got a storage unit and the associate, Ash, was super helpful and attentive. she was very nice and even made jokes and was funny. I had issues with the e elevators and could not immediately access my unit but Ash helped, even came up to the unit with me to make sure I could get inside. Would recommend!

The experience of renting a storage unit was an absolute mess. You would think it would be quite simple… they tell me what’s available, I choose which one I want, I hand them my credit card, they charge me, I get a lock and key and we’re off and running. I see no reason why this should take any more than 20 minutes… 30 minutes at the most. Believe it or not what I just described took four hours. I repeat… Four hours. why on God’s green earth should take four hours to rent a storage unit? The reason why I am giving two stars and not one is that the representative was consistently willing over that four hour. To help me and never gave up but other than that, everything was a failure. The computers didn’t work… The software didn’t work… the machine machine to read the credit credit card didn’t work… The website didn’t work… The app didn’t work… Customer service didn’t work… Contacting the corporate office didn’t work I tried four different credit cards… But that wasn’t the issue either… Every card was perfectly functional. The issue was consistently on their end. Those four hours were supposed to be used to actually move in… But of course that didn’t happen. This place is a complete mess.

98% of the time when you go to the Bullard and Read Blvd locations, the doors are locked during business hours and no one is there. At the Read Blvd location on 02/02, a lone car was in the parking lot with the worker inside the vehicle. She did not get out the car to unlock the door to the Storage. PITIFUL. PITIFUL. I would like my family to leave this business and go somewhere else.

This is a very poor quality location. Rented out one of there biggest units available for months and there has never been a customer service representative in the building. On the day after I moved my things from the unit I went there and waited for hours for a person to show I even accessed the building looking for a representative, using the mobile app on August 1st I entered the building to see if any of the 1/employees were there to help me resolve this issue but yet again no one was there. I walked the entire premises and waited like a stalker. I called the customer service phone number to let them know that the billing charge was a wrong inquiry and they were entirely rude. They told me that if I moved out before the 1st that I shouldn't have come back and accessed the building and that I would be responsible for an entire month of payment. I told them that I wasn't responsible for anything because had they not charged me and had reliable people working at the facility to check and make sure everything was completed correctly there wouldn't have been any charges charged to my account. I called again and again and asked to speak with higher management and my problem still hasn't been resolved. I called again today and was told to call at 930am or show up at 930 am Monday morning and someone would be there to handle this ๐. I'm like how will I access the building if the front door is always locked. ๐ค she was basically like this not even my normal facility I am just here toget extra hours but a person who normally works here will be here on Monday at exactly 930 to assist you... I'll leave another update about what happens next!

Building won't let you in when it should. 11:30 an Sunday and it is locked down. This happens all the time. You can't access your things when you need to even following their hours.

Warning: the reality is this location (Tulane) is terrible for customer satisfaction and services. Long term customer and the most regretful purchase. The location has restrictive hours of access, no cart availability, and no active security. The management & staff will refute they have security in the form of cameras and gates however this not active security (it's passive a best). Do not count on this location for reliability of services or security; they will arbitrarily change any previously agreed upon service without notifying there customers. Do not count on staff or management to respond (via phone/email/or in-person) to any questions or discussions. A customer to them is just a number that is happy to accept your monthly payments. Something (doors, elevators, signs, fixtures, etc.) is always broken and public storage will take weeks to fix them; they will blame customers for the damages but take no action to actively respond to issues i.e. no active security. You've been warned.
Came in a couple weeks ago and I forget her name but the lady at the desk that day was an absolute pleasure to deal with. More people need to conduct business the way she did.

Only one elevator works and people trying to move in will use something to block it from operating. Therefore the hours of operation should be extended.
