The manager on duty was fabulous. We needed help and he gave it. The facility was clean and centrally located close to downtown.

Jeanette has been so great. She was helpful with my unit transfer. I am in deducting a star because Public Storages website is awful and no one with help me login to my account and or reset my password. Jeanette and I tried but it is the website that is failing us.
Front gate was stuck and manager was able to manually open and let us out.

This experience was quite a mistake. I wanted to park my utility trailer in this facility for 7 days thinking it was the safest choice. I was met with attitude from the start and the trailer was broken into with items stolen and broken. The manager contacted us 7 days later after I reported the theft and said she saw that the trailer latch was broken. She said she had been trying to contact us for several days but phone mailbox was not set up. Funny because there was also an email contact and a text contact she could have tried. My suggestion, do not store here.
My experience was awesome! The customer service representative Ms. Janett was very helpful with assisting me in choosing the correct storage size unit, space, pricing information and thoroughly explained how to use the unit. She is the definition of " Great customer service "! It is a pleasure doing business with Public Storage. Much more pleasant than those other guys.

I had the best service and help from the clerk.
Was scammed into signing up by giving me the wrong dates that my storage would be valid to. I realized it after paying the $30.00 application fee that my storage expired several weeks before the date stated. I called to dispute this and the person said it wasn't refundable but agreed to refund it over the circumstances. It was never reversed on my credit card after two attempts, I ended up having to dispute it with my credit card. I know it's just $30.00, but it's the principle of being scammed into a contract. They then sent it over to a collection company.
I kept my rv at Public Storage on Washington Ave in New Orleans for many years. The women who worked in the office have always been extremely helpful and kind. They made using this public storage location a pleasure.

I've used this location 3 different times and each experience has been great. Jeanette and other staff have been informative and friendly. I love the temp-controlled units, secure access of gate and elevators, and cleanliness of the site. A moving cart is almost always available when needed.

WHEN THE DID REFUND THE KEPT 40.00 FOR ADMIN FEE.
WE GOT RAINED OUT AND OUT UNITS RUINED.

Representative had a very pleasant attitude she was very knowledgeable about my concerns she answered all of my questions and walked me to my storage unit and took time to explain to me about the issues that I had about locking and unlocking my storage unit correctly. The place was very clean and secure I would recommend Public storage to others and I would use it again myself if I needed it again.
