I just moved out today and had an AMAZING experience withPublic Storage thanks to Rick. When I first moved in he was extremely helpful. He took me to my unit and showed me how easy it was to access. What jumped out to me was how clean the property and units were. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Not only was I unable to vacate the property or make payments online, the balance continued to accumulate, causing financial strain. I've worked directly with Rick since I opened my unit at this facility. Rick is absolutely the best. Customer service is stellar and he's helped me out a couple of times when I needed assistance on a couple of minor issues which were resolved in a matter of minutes. He's a true professional with a great attitude. I would highly recommend this facility primarily because of his service.
I rented with public storage for 4 months through the winter. We never had any issues. The units are clean, we didn’t have any mice issues. We even had an incident where our payment was a few days late and although I was worried Rick made it all better. Rick was always there to greet us with a wave as we were coming and going through the window. He’s a very sweet and kind man with a country warm living invite to him. He makes public storage feel like a second home. If we ever have to store anything in the future I know we will choose this place with no hesitation because of Rick!

Rick at beaula Church Rd takes the best care of the property there .
One time he had to contend with all of the people that have problems there but he does a great of letting the renters know what is is going on with the place he will call the renters if it will affect their property in the units

He is always been helpful and very kind while we've been keeping our storage at this location and with his sincere personality it is always a pleasure to see him driving around on his little golf cart and making sure there isn't anything we need, and just recently my fiance lost a bag filled with baseball cards and within a week who would have guessed would come rolling up on us at our unit with the bag of baseball cards in tow bit was Rick to the rescue thanks again!

I've had a great experience with this storage facility the past year/ 2 years now, personally think their services have been polite & attentive within my time of need to trust a place for storage.
Only criticism is the billing since I started at $100.00 or alittle under and within about 6 months the bill increased to now around $115.00 but I believe that to still be fair practices & I appreciate their willingness to accommodate me still to this day.
Lastly, one property manager/ caretaker that is especially nice & courteous since day one to present is "Rick", he's an older & effortlessly nice man whom has always greeted me with respect & generosity each visit I've had.
My thanks to both Public Storage & Rick for making my experience with this company a pleasure, as I look forward to continuing my secure storage needs with you guys.

they are super Kind. and the prices are amazing. they provide everything without having to go to a store, spend more money, and saving money; hence the reasonable pricing. EVERY TIME i need them, while i was already inside the lot, i call the number on my card, and they ALWAYS answer. Very happy with my experience so far with Public Storage. Renting a unit last minute on a Saturday was no problem at all and I found their monthly rate to be very reasonable. Customer service was excellent which is a rarity these days but Kaye was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the rental agreement and felt comfortable with everything. I would definitely recommend this place if you need to rent a storage unit.

They is never anybody in the store it stay close even on the hours they say they are open!they are not on the premises anywhere! They don't check thier box outside in a timely mannor! Put a check in the box on the 2 and still no response!it's the 8! Now they are raise the rent every 6 months!

They charge around 35 bucks first month. Then tell you something like 60 a month. Then somehow you owe 130 or more a month. They got all kinds of hidden charges

They cost me an additional $200 thanks to them locking gate at 630pm when supposed be open until 9pm so had rent Uhaul and helpers an extra day. Also, I'm currently being overcharged for unit. When i set it up the deal was $68 a month for unit i have yet wqs charged $122. I've called and says gonna be after jan 3rd before i hear back
