Never ever again will I rent from this place,they are finally fixing their big assets pot holes that swallow your car,I still have broken off light bulb that was their day I rented it,I'll probably be charged for it too,ridiculous prices,no one ever there,I don't think one time they have ever answered phone in office CANT WSIT TO GET STUFF OUT ,NEVER AGAIN

Very attentive customer service! Best in the business, I can’t specifically remember her name but she treated me with the utmost respect. I’d put down a full 5 stars if the entire facility wasn’t falling apart, the road wasn’t entirely cracked, the trash can is locked down like Fort Knox, & the overall environment of the entire compound is the worst id ever seen from Public Storage besides the Broadway location... For being a billion dollar company, I expect better and a Future update to the Facility as soon as possible because storing your personal items at this location is a MAJOR Liability.

Heather is great but software is poor
NO PROPERTY MANAGER. NO RETURN PHONE CALL. COULD NOT GET INTO UNIT BECAUSE LOCK WAS NEVER REMOVED. WAITED FOR 3 HOURS HAD TO CALL 800 NUMBER ANOTHER PROPERTY MANAGER FROM ANOTHER SITE ENDED UP SHOWING UP. WILL NEVER RENT STORAGE HERE AGAIN.

I was highly upset with a rental I had for a few. I was planning on canceling and moving my things to another storage but Heather was very friendly and helped sway my mind. Short version I got everything taken care of and never felt like I was a nuisance. There needs to be more employees like her.

I’m currently using a unit from them and any time I need help with my unit there is no one even there. Does anyone even work there? Everytime I drive by or even attempt to stop to ask with assistance. No one is there. Even calling, no one picks up or calls back. No one is ever at that location. Honestly I just want to get my stuff out and go. But again no one in in the office. Can’t even call corporate cause they’re automated system is funny. This has been going on for months now.
The unit worked out fine. Disappointed that I was told they prorate even with move-out (which they did when I rented last year 2022), however, they do not so I wasted an entire month. Just know they don't prorate after the first 30 days. You will be charged the entire month even if you only need it for 2 more days.
Overall, good security and decent customer service

Lady on phone was helpful told me the rates I was quoted was online only so I had to go online reserve a unit then the total ended up being more than she said but I'm sure fees would of took it higher.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Horrible. They have charged me 2 months of rent after I got all of my belongings out of storage. Claimed it was because of a key. I brought them the key and then they placed a lien on my account ...scam artist. Trash people and business.
This place was absolute garbage. The people working the office lack very much training. They told me one thing and then few months later told me another. I won’t be using them ever again. Ps I don’t ever leave reviews on anything but wow this place turned my head backwards.

Rented a parking space from this location today. Samantha was awesome, and really helped me. So happy I chose this location for my storage needs.
Public storage has little to no security, one to no cameras on property, gates are left wide open for days and even when you ask about security issues they give you the run around all the time.

Sam helped us out when we needed a 20x20 storage unit. She was knowledgeable and didnt waste any of my time! So i was excited when only a few days later we needed another unit and she was working. We got a 10x10 and that wasnt big enough for us. So she quickly transferred that unit to a 10x16 and had us taken care of in a matter of about 2 minutes! Would highly recommend!!! Thank you again sam!!
I cannot remember the woman's name who assisted me, but she made the experience as painless as possible for me. She provided valuable knowledgeable, as she was upfront about the costs and terms prior to my arrival after I had informed her that I had some issues fulfilling agreements online.
