My experience with public storage on n maize rd with property manager, David and the district manager. Rob has been more than kind. David has done everything in the world to help me. I've been here for a few years in W5 and I went through a hardship and I cannot ask for a better manager I appreciate and the service and his dedication to this job and I appreciate him very very much and I just want you guys to know there's always good and on and not and not always negative thank you do you wa yeah that's all I appreciate him very much

The first person I talk didn’t give me the info I needed on the storage building and put my reservation in how they wanted it(wrong name, size of storage and the type of storage). David goes over & beyond the call of duty when helping you get settled during the time you need to store your things & during the time needed to vacate. And during the transition of ownership, management, & name change he was very thorough. It was extremely nerve racking with being out of town to handle my account & he assured me, called me back immediately several times, & was even on-property during the Easter holiday to help with entering the gate, closing my account, & clean-up. Very thankful to have had him handle all my needs.

Dave pore at the maize location was AWESOME!!! He has a great personality, his laugh is contagious and he is funny!! We were in and out within minutes!!
Staff are never on site. Was great before Public Storage took over. I moved to a different stage place nearby with actual customer service.

Very pleased with my experience at Security Self Storage. Leasing/move-in process was extremely quick and easy thanks to Mary, who is always so pleasant and helpful! The property is consistently kept immaculate and I trust the safe/secure location. I also appreciate the 24/7 access.

Security is important. I found this place to be super secure. The onsite manager is friendly, attentive and dedicated. I had to store some important things as I was making the move overseas to Europe and felt comfortable the whole time I was away that my items were secure and being cared for.
I’ve used this location 3 times through the years. Never have I experienced a surprise. The location is secure and very clean. Mary, the location manager has always been courteous and welcomes me with a smile. Customer service is excellent.
Mice and spiders. Insurance not worth having through them. Terms of agreement not honored.
Just rented a unit and haven't moved everything in but Mary was so helpful. This is the first time I have used a rental unit and Mary walked me through everything. Very professional.
