Didn't tell me my unit was robbed. Let the guy who cleans out the units when stuff is left haul off mu dead mom's ashes and wedding ring and other things. Won't anawar me or call me back to discuss restitution. Do NOT rent here . I'm suing them since they refuse to resolve

Had a great experience here. I have social anxiety and Michele was slow with me and answered all my questions and was very patient with me. I am truly happy that someone like this works with the public, they made my experience much better and I plan on coming back just for her alone!
I needed a storage unit the 30th, first they didn’t give me a gate code then they swapped the unit and when I arrived to store my stuff from moving it had 2 locks on it I couldn’t open. Now I have stuff at 4 places and have to have 2 people take out more time in their lives to help me move again and it’s impossible to get the storage manager to call me back.
The manager at my location is super nice and the online sign up was easy. The only problem that I ran into is that public storage had purchased this huge property from another company. My 5x10 is actually 4 1/2 by 8ft which caught me off guard. I had three three foot shelves and they wouldn't fit. The manager was checking into it since they had just purchased this property recently. Again a great manager and I like the way public storage is run.

We recently rented three units temporarily at this business and I was VERY impressed with their employee, Xima (I might be butchering the spelling- sorry)! She was very helpful and knowledgeable!
I was really disappointed when Security Self Storage sold out to Public Storage. Pam was so understanding and pleasurable to work with, and the rest of her team did great too.
I work late nights, so late night access to my unit is important to me and was a large reason why I rented at Security SS. Then Public came in, takes away 24 hour access, AND raises rent $10/month. I’d be paying more for even less benefits now.
I’ll be getting all my stuff out this month and never going to look back. Thank you Security Self Storage for being awesome when you were here! I sure will miss you guys.

Their units are in good order, designed to prevent flooding, sprayed before each move in, relatively affordable, insurable, and (most important) flexible with a wonderful staff that knows how to help you get and transition as needed in order to ensure you get everything you deserve of their services and product. I've been using them for about 4 years now, and will continue to for as long as I am local and in need of storage. :)

FILTHY AND DISGUSTING!! Don’t go here!! Not to mention the creepy people who run this place. Just filling out paperwork took an hour out of my day. Uhaul took 5 minutes. And, Pretty sure i seen cockroaches coming from out of a unit. Needless to say i boxed up and left quickly.
