Bill at Westfield, IN is the definition of customer service. I couldn’t access my pin to get in as it won’t display on the app. He was able to figure it out and give it to me.
I also didn’t have enough room for my bike in my storage unit. He didn’t mind me leaving it in the office for a few minutes as my house is 5mins away as I went to unload my SUV then come back to grab my bike. This saved me from leaving my bike out front in the open to be stolen.
Bill is an all around superb fella.

Trudy was very helpful, explained all the procedures, the gates, the padlock, the hours of operation, security insurance, etc. she was so helpful so professional and very nice.
I signed up & paid 1st month's rent for two 10x15 storage units.
A couple of days later I noticed the same units at the same facility are now renting for $19 less for each unit. Since that amounts to $38 per month less, I contacted Public Storage online & had a chat with a representative. After a lengthy chat they refused to offer me the new monthly rate. Not a very good experience for a new customer. I will be looking to move out as soon as possible.

Trudy to the rescue!!! For whatever reason my app wouldn’t update and I literally couldn’t exit, I was trapped inside. Luckily, Trudy was in the office and was able to come out and open the gate for me. Thank you Trudy for saving the day!!!

On June 30m 2024, we noticed that Trudy was in the office.
Originally I thought we could just be put on a wait list to get a different unit. Trudy, said well I've got one available it is on the 2nd floor and it's a little bigger. We said we will take it. She said ok, let's do the paper work. Trudy asked when do you want to move in. We said today. I asked when do you leave, she said 5pm. I'll make sure to have the move complete before you leave. WE were done within the hour. She was so sweet and helpful. I went back up to the old unit to sweep it out. She was already up there and done had the temp lock on. We were gone. I told my neighbor, don't go any where else. Trudy will take care of you. Diana Morrissey
Started sign up process online and came by to tour the facility before signing the dotted line. Trudy showed me the available units and helped me finish the sign up process in the office, amazing service! Facility is also very clean and looks to be very well maintained.

Rents have more than doubled in 2 years… 2 increases of 30-40% each. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere to the many competitors who are literally half price (and not just with an initial teaser offer)… I did, and am glad

I recently had a great experience with the Public Storage center in Westfield, IN. The facility is clean and climate-controlled, and also secure and convenient. But what really impressed me was the awesome customer service from Trudy. She was friendly, helpful and professional. She helped me find the best deal for my storage needs and even called me on the phone to let me know I had inadvertently left out two expensive vacuum cleaners, thus saving me from my own stupidity. She truly went above and beyond! I highly recommend this place and Trudy to anyone looking for a storage solution in Westfield. Five stars!

The best way I can describe our experience with Public Storage is “you get what you pay for”. Storage here is expensive. But, access was easy. Customer service was top notch. The unit was climate controlled. Pests were never an issue. Storage carts were provided. Trudy in the front office went out of her way to be sure we were taken care of on our exit. Great experience over all.
Recently I rented a storage unit at the Westfield, Indiana facility off of SR-32. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but Savanna is superb! She’s friendly, attentive and makes you feel like family! The facility location is great and the pricing is the best around! I would highly recommend you stop in and ask for Savanna if you need help with storage needs.

Unethical business practices by public storage. They rent the storage to you at one rate and then increase your rent by 40 percent!!!! a few months down the line.
Before renting from them, go Google “public storage increased rent” and read how they always do this to everyone. Stay away!

I rented one of the larger units for about 2 1/ 2 months between the end of December and this week. I am very impressed by how clean the unit was. I was confident that my belongings were going to be safe.

I gave it a 1 due to they raised my rent when I had a contract with the place before they took over. Why should I get punished and have to pay more in rent. When I went to the manager she said it was out of her hands that I needed to contact corporate office.
I never thought that customer service would be important for self storage, but Trudy at the front desk was great. We under estimated our size needs and needed another unit. We underestimated our need for boxes, and we under estimated the time it would take to move into the unit. Trudy helped us solve each of our issues. If they have availability, I recommend this location of PS.
I wanted to give a shout out to Trudy for how helpful she has been through the process of obtaining my storage unit. Most recently, my key stuck in the lock and she immediately came out to help me and ended up replacing the lock. Being able to see all my info on their app is convenient and I especially like the easy access to the facility with the app,.
Horrible service since Public Storage took over. TRUDY is rude and lies about everything. I was on auto pay and she screwed that up and blamed me. Then January 1st without notice my rate went up 43%. I've heard horrible things about Public Storage and TRUDY confirmed that. PUBLIC Storage is in business to screw you over
