I went to this storage because I need more space for my stuffs. I am a foreigner so there was something not to understand about the insurance. But Robert was willing to help me to complete my contract. He was really nice. I am pretty satisfied with Public Storage so far!

Lots of room to store belonging in
Raised fees after my first 30 days by $50. No longer offers 24 hr access- which is a deal breaker for me. When the gate access works with the app its was a great convenient thing but that is in the past
Kevin did an outstanding job for me. He knew that I just had foot surgery and so he met me at my car. That’s great service in my opinion.

I rented a unit from Kevin November 2022 and he was extremely helpful in setting up my account.He gave me some good tips on how to set the unit up. I recently had to check on my unit and he came right out to say hello and showed me how to set up the app which allows you to access the gate. If you need a storage facility in Indy this is the one to use

We were looking for a storage unit and we were planning on stopping at a few different places to check out. We stopped here first and knew our search was over. Kevin did a fantastic job explaining everything and making sure we were comfortable with our rental. He set us up on the app and made sure we had everything we needed. Great customer service and it definitely stood out how much he cares about his job and the customers.

He made sure I was happy with the space, went over crucial points of the lease agreement, ensured I had downloaded the app & I was able to access the gate without issue. If you're looking for storage, go somewhere else. Most Public Storage require you to buy a lock you can't use anywhere else. They don't pro-rate moving out early, so if you don't move out before the charge hits, you're bound to another month. The light in front of my unit was non-functional for 4 months. I complained three times and then call the regional manager to complain it finally got fixed. On-site manager is rude and slow. Terrible customer service. Raising rates every 6-months without any improvements or services added. I had to rent for a year while my house was being built and in the end I was paying double what I started out at. There was a leak from somewhere in the divider of the unit. When they looked at the roof and above the divider they could not find where is was coming from. They had to look from the top opening of my unit and saw a pack of the rodent poison they have in every unit and claimed it was a cold pack that was leaking. I said that was their rodent poison pack and it wasn't coming from that. I suggested the unit next to mine must of has something and sure enough, they had a bucket of Damp Rid that had tip over. I had insurance through my insurance company. Which was much cheaper than theirs. That covered the damage thankfully to my items that were in there. Who knows if they would have cover that with their insurance.
This place is great for storing stuff! Very clean, and customer service is great. I believe Kevin and kellie referred me here. I’ll have to refer all my other friends and family here.
Had the great pleasure of working with Kevin again. He was outstanding and very helpful as always. He was willing to help and went out of his way to do so every single time. The property was very clean as well and Kevin made sure we always had what we needed.

Convenient location, clean, secure, and exceptional customer service at Public Storage off 146th St in Noblesville. Kevin at the front desk is a wonderful person to work with! Kind, personable, and simply a pleasure to talk to. We have a couple of units (one indoor and one outdoor) and both were in perfect shape upon move in. Move in is a breeze and everything just works upon arrival between the locks ready at the unit on your move in date, to the app controlled gate and door locks. It has exceeded my expectations.
The nicest and friendliest staff that I've ever dealt with! The units are clean and well kept. Whenever I need a storage option in the future, I'll be coming back to this location!

If I could give negative stars, this company would definitely receive them. Since opening the unit I have had to deal with rude and uncooperative people. In my opinion there are thousands of other storage companies out there, try them first.

He has the best customer service and was one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever encountered, regardless of the company. He was so thorough and my rental went smoothly.
