Unexpectedly had to store the full contents of our home for a quick closing. Not ever storing to this magnitude before, Reba quickly put our minds at ease finding the best solutions to fit our needs. She was efficient, but also made sure to point out all of the details we would need along the way…and even saved us a bit where she could! The blond front desk lady that’s at public storages office deserves a promotion or a raise! We were here for about two years and was always the sweetest and nicest person to talk to. Just rented a unit and the customer service is top notch from Reba! They actually called me while my application was in progress online to check and see if I needed anything. Offered lots of support and explained everything.

Worst location to go too!! MY UNIT was BROKEN into and the property manager told me that’s my problem and refused to help me out!! The property manager Reba is extremely rude and bossy and I don’t appreciate her talking to people the way she does! She told me she is the District Manager and if she is treating people like that I don’t want to do any busy with Public Storage EVER

Everything can be done through the public storage app. I opened & closed my account without speaking to anyone. The facility is clean, gated, and affordable for the area. I had no issues canceling the service. When you cancel a manager will call and verify your cancellation. She was nice and helpful.

Just moved some things into a climate controlled unit at this facility last week. This facility is very nice, clean, and secure! Very impressed! Also big shout out to Reba for helping me switch from a medium unit to a large literally last minute, same day. She is so kind, professional, explained all the details, answered all my questions, and always had a smile on her face! I'm glad I chose this facility!

I had a car full of items to move into my storage unit. .when I turned into the facility today, Reba was shoveling the sidewalk in front of the office entrance. I drove in and parked in the unloading area and was pleased to see that the area had the snow shoveled. I was glad Reba had come out from the nice warm office and used her physical abilities to make the customer experience outstanding. I did not have to unload the car standing in the snowy mess and carry that mess inside with my shoes and the cart. The impact to the customer was minimized as well as keeping the building from looking sloppy.
Many THANKS to Reba for taking the initiative and providing Above and Beyond service to help the customer feel valued and maintaining the facility with the snow storms we have recently experienced.

I transferred from locations to this one and I couldn’t be happier! This location looks amazing and it’s extremely clean! Reba is an awesome manager, when I visited she took her time to show me around and showed me the unit that I could move into. She made sure to tell me how to move and save money on the move. She told me what to expect with the transfer and how to do it properly! I’m extremely happy to be in the new location and happy with the management team!

Absolute best customer service I've ever received from another business. We are from Kansas & had to store 6 classics cars for a few months and Reba went above & beyond to help us with every obstacle we threw at her. Prices were fair & even if it had cost more it would of been worth it just due to how smoothly she made the whole process for us!!

Moving can be very stressful. I rented a 10x10 unit here and upon arrival we realized the amount of stuff we had was going to surpass the unit. Reba was great. She helped walk us through options and was able to avert our problems! From the start her customer service was great, but by the time we were done I'd rate her to be outstanding.

Had some issues with billing, insurance etc. The manager of the unit I rent was gone. Reba from Battan st in Nobelsville stepped up and addressed all of my concerns. This is an edit to my original 4/5 star review.
The original review was pretty stellar, except for the fact that the team tried to charge me for insurance, which I already had.
With that being said, I'm switching to 1 star. I use the star system more as a, "How likely am I to refer a friend/family member to this same business?" type standard. And for Public Storage, the answer is a flat, "no."
The reason... they increased my rate by ~40%. To advertise rates of $49/month and turn around to increase the rate to $68/month is absurd. They do this banking on the idea that you've already moved your stuff into their facility and will be less likely to move it out. Avoid this place. This is a super shady business practice.
Addition edit. As of January, they’re increasing the rate to $85/month. So within a year I will have gone from $49/month to $85/month.

Very nice, clean units. There is a small “gutter” at the front of the storage space to prevent water from getting in the unit. Reba, the manager, is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We could not be more pleased with choosing this facility!

When we first got to our space we realized that what we had requested online wouldn’t work. I went into the office and spoke to the manager who was very nice and helpful! She was able to get us into a space that worked best for our needs. They also have an app that you can use to open can close the gate!! This makes it so easy when coming and going.
Needed a storage unit for a few months, Reba did a fantastic job getting me setup, was always there to answer any questions I had, and made moving out of the unit a breeze. I’ll be coming back to Reba for sure if I need another storage unit again in the future!

It was fine when new and empty. The rates were relatively low. As soon as the filled, the rates doubled - and that's before any inflation.

After 5 months here I received an email of a 25% rate increase, $59 a month. I spoke to two different local employees and was told that there was nothing to be done things are going up everywhere. I pointed out that the rate of inflation was 7%. Not 25%. Too bad for me. Avoid Public Storage. Their rates don't mean anything.
Excellently maintained facility with many great storage options! Very convenient to get in and out of as well! You can tell whoever owns this that they really care you are getting a good value. I will never store anything anywhere else!
