Great storage, reasonable prices for storage and insurance if you choose it. Customer service is great! Also, it’s clean a big factor. Robin called to make sure everything was ok. I appreciate that!

The representative Robin was very attentive, making sure I didn’t have any concerns or questions. Giving me the confidence and reassurance that public storage was the right place for for my things.

Rates will increase every few months. You think you’re getting an okay price and once your belongings are in there, they raise the rate over and over. Scamming company - steer clear.

I rented a space out on Sunday and put the wrong lock on it. I got a call from Julius the next day to let me know he put a temporary lock on my unit until I could come replace it with my own lock. I was able to come fix it as soon as I could! He was a tremendous help through this process! The property is very large and he was able to spot my improper lock on his walk through. I’m very thankful for his attentiveness. Thank you Julius!

Julius, the property manager, was very helpful. The place is well run and clean.

Poor customer service by this place, they won't even let you use the bathrooms. I moved out this last weekend, will NEVER use this place again.

Raise the rate for the third time in less than a year, Extra space Storage for a 10 by 25 is only a $124 a month. Call and they are not willing to try and retain a customer. They are THE most expensive in the market review I just completed on this unit. They keep referring to a bogus company policy that they don't match competitors prices. Started at $159 a month, in 10 months and 3 rate increases its now $259 a month.

Stay away unless you will never need human employee assistance at the site. There is no one staffed at the site. We misplaced our key and tried to get them to assist with a new lock, which we were willing to pay for, and they do not help with lockouts. I've had storage units for years here and at other locations and have never had one that can't assist when you need it. They said call a locksmith. Well I did try two and they said they do not do locks at storage facilities due to liabilities. So I'm still trying to figure out what to do. I'm a senior citizen and not too good with a drill. They did have on site manager when we rented our units. But now have several locations with no on site manager. While I was there communicating with someone via a kiosk phone other people were coming in and looking for boxes, tape, and such and found no one there so left. Also I moved back to Indiana from Florida and since my drivers licenses does not match the one I used when I rented the units they advised I need to travel downtown at a staffed location (the closest one to my facility but quite a distance for me) in person to show them the new drivers license! I do not have my old one as I had to give it up when I got the new Indiana license. I asked if I can handle over the phone or the kiosk and they said no. Must drive this long distance to show them the drivers license in person. We are closing both our units here as soon as possible and getting a customer service friendly facility. Would give Public Storage no stars if I could. Worst experience I've ever had with a storage facility.

May 18th - entrance is blocked for construction without notification from public storage. Can’t get to my storage unit. Rep on 800 number indicates they do not know if it is for 2 days, 2 weeks, or 2 months. No credit for no access until we know how long it is closed, and no offer of space in another location. Very poor communication. Very disappointing. Entrance is blocked by 2 cones and tape. No construction going on currently so why limit access until construction starts.

Worst service I've received from any storage facility in my life.. not only do they not have someone in person to help deal with any issues that may occur but they poorly manage and maintain the facility on top of that, during the freezing cold I got stuck inside their facility due to lack of maintenance and upkeep. The keypad on the inside of the gate was frozen and I could not enter my code to leave and there weren't any staff on site to help. Thank God they had a broken fence (another example of poor maintenance) so that I could get outside to the other keypad to let myself out while dealing with Negative temperatures outside. So after dealing with this they basically act like it was no big deal and my rent was also raised $50 a month so that's a huge slap in the face. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

stopped by to buy some packing supplies (boxes, etc.) only to find that there is no longer a manned office here, only a bunch of storage units and an atm like machine to make rental payments. they do list a phone number for further information, but doubt they can shove any boxes through your phone when you call. wouldn't get much of a warm and fuzzy feeling renting a unit here as there's no one you can talk to (you know that thing where you and they are in the same room) should you have a problem that needs quick action.

This is the worst co. I have ever done business with. Started out our rates were 171 a month since april now in November they are 215..they never answer the phones so they can chager you 35late fee Do not use them ever

Featureless, poorly marked buildings and units, need a map and guide to find your storage space, and no attendant available. NOT SAFE alone there, a person could be killed and locked away in a storage unit and no one would find them for days or even weeks! VERY hard to reach keypad at entry gate, going in or out. Heaven forbid leaving as little as one minute after 9 pm, reprimanded by insulting and degradating emails!! Most public storage places across the country have 24/7 access and attendants for security and/or emergencies, this place does not and the feeling was very vulnerable being there, even with two coworkers! Also a very desolate location like that needs much more consideration for customers!

It is what it is. They do a good job so far no complaints or issues.

I prefer not having to give them 1 star, this place is a disgrace. We dealt with Covid for a long time, now we're dealing with inflation and this place keeps raising the price up on these units like everyone is made of money. Been working on getting my stuff out. When I'm done I will never used this place again. Shame on this company taking advantage of people.

I’ve had a unit here for 8 years; takes the pressure off when looking for housing, because I know I have a secure and convenient place for gear I can’t fit where I am sleeping.

I have been using Storage units off & on since 2000. This property is clean, easy to access, good price for quality of inner storage with protection from elements. The Public Storage(County Line Rd) Property Manager, Chris is extremely helpful, friendly, goes out of her way to help in any way she can. An example: I've been extremely sick & she was more than happy to work with me on my moving out schedule, which was GREATLY APPRECIATED!!). All the employees I dealt with were friendly & would definitely rent here again.

I had an easy time requesting and taking possession of my new unit. Associate, Chad, was extremely polite and helpful. Several people came in at the same time and he managed to help all of us quickly and with consideration. I feel he deserves 5 stars. The only reason I am giving this review 4 stars instead of 5 is that I feel the price is high for the area, there is limited time I can access my unit (I would prefer 24 hour access), and the door to my unit keeps falling down. I will be contacting the facility to remedy this but have yet to do so.

I've had my unit here for a few months now, which I believe I'd an adequate enough time for a review. Reserving my unit was very simple and easy. I was able to do everything online, which was very nice due to covid. My key was even waiting in my unit. The only reason any in person contact happened was due to me not reading everything all the way, so I didn't know my key was hiding in my unit for me - that was my fault. However, everything seemed clean & the employees wore masks. For the price - this unit was average, maybe a little cheaper than other similar units, that I had researched. Other units elsewhere were priced higher and did not offer other everything that this place did. Customer service is great here! They are always nice and try to help me in any way that they can, whenever I've had any problem. Definitely recommend!!
