I had a great experience with this property. I’ve rented a storage from April until November paying $79 a month. When my rent decided to go up randomly the property manager was able to get my rent back down. So thankful for that. However, I moved out a few days ago and the 2nd floor storage building was freezing cold. It was definitely not climate control. Not sure how long it’s been cold my tv I had stored there no longer works. When moving out of the storage the elevator system is horrible. There shouldn’t be a timer on an elevator at a storage. You can barely move your items because the elevator stays open for 3 seconds. Making it extremely difficult. The app didn’t work as well….overall great experience.
I've had two units at E. 62nd St., Indy. Some technical problems with bluetooth gate, phone app, and online access were solved quickly by Angel and Dave. Both are friendly, helpful, and great with dealing with a frustrated customer (me). Otherwise, the facility is clean and well-organized. Two thumbs up for Angel and Dave!
Fast, friendly and knowledgeable customer service. I was offered the best deal at the last minute and received a storage unit larger than I initially wanted and it was clean. The process of renting was quick, to the point and simple. I will most definitely be recommending Public Storage at 62nd & Allisonville Rd.

Loved this location.... we moved to michigain. They doubled our rent in last 8 mnths. I dont think that's fair will be cleaning out unit. Found another half the price same size

This is a well-run, secure storage facility. The few times I needed help the staff responded quickly & efficiently. I highly recommend this location.
The location of the Public Storage is wonderful! We have actually used this location many times when storage was needed. The kiosk system is very efficient and if needed, assistance is there via screen immediately. I was very pleased!
Angel helped me protect my stuff, didn't notice that it was cylinder locked.
Expensive compared to other nearby facilities. The ceiling of my unit is ductaped together. People piggy-back through the gate and through doors inside the facility. Lastly, for having hundreds of storage spaces across two floors, there are only 2 handcarts and they are both always being used. Unacceptable. My unit is over 100 feet from the elevator.
Update:
My rent was raised from $150 to $200 without any notice. Takes effect next billing cycle. If I go to the public storage website, I can see the exact same unit for around $120 dollars. I could actually upsize to a larger unit and still save money. And no Im not talking about promotional prices. THESE PEOPLE ARE ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS with a pricing structure that makes no sense. I also want to note that I was visiting my unit recently and found a massive pile of feces in the upstairs hallway. It was smeared all over the place.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Pat has delivered outstanding customer service as my wife and I returned to our storage unit the US after years living abroad. We had some questions and needed some help and Pat was totally proactive and followed up on multiple occasions to solve minor issues, including coming to our storage unit and replacing the light bulb for us! In addition, the facility is always clean and in great condition. Highly recommended!
