Been a renter since 2018 you would think they value their long term renters. Unfortunately, this isn't the case. Expect a rent increase every 6 months. Prices are competitive but only for the first couple months, then it'll be just as expensive as anywhere else.

Do not trust this storage unit facility... I was a customer here for a while and they keep trying to squeeze more money from you!! They will trick you with a cheap initial rate ($40-50) and then increase it every few months until you're up to $70+ (WITHOUT LETTING YOU KNOW)!!! The owner is greedy and does not care about the customers. There are a lot of complaints online about this place doing unfair rate increases... Better find an alternative.

Would be a 5 star because everything about this facility is great; however, after only a couple of months I received a notice of a rent increase. No reason stated. The affordability was a big factor in my decision of this storage facility over others.
Sadly, I will be moving my stuff elsewhere.

Good lads at the main desk. Place is very clean and don’t have to worry about security here. 24/7 camera surveillance is nice and prices are very reasonable for the space they give you. (Which is a lot.) Overall I’d recommend this place.
