I have used this public storage for about 6 months so far, my experience has been great! Mainly due to Mike being responsive and understanding. Great customer service that i wasnt initially expecting. 10/10 would recommend!
Mike was very professional and patient in helping to pick proper unit. I was a little late for appointment, but he gracefully beared with me past normal working hours with no problem. Aside from questionable practice of jacking up prices every 6 months and pricing you out of your storage unit at the end, I'd highly recommend Public Storage for short to intermediate storage needs.

It is impossible to reach a representative on the property to close my unit. The one time I did reach a person I was routed to the main customer service number that never seems to be open even when calling during normal business hours and a portal that does not allow you to select a move out date. This has been an ongoing issue for the last week.
The experience we received from Manager, Rick, was flawless! We opened a few larger units. The time, effort and ease of it all - was superb! Rick was knowledgable, friendly, helpful and made this process for us - easy and convenient. The property is well kept and I've recommended this location to friends/family and would to anyone! We only rented a unit for a short time but I would definitely come back here if we ever need to again in the future! Everything was simple and easy and Mike was great to work with. I never doubted the safety and security of our belongings.

This was possibly the easiest storage process ever. Everything was handled on-line, efficiently and quickly. And we had a prime location! Mike was very helpful in setting us up and terminating our lease when we were done. I would use this facility again in a heartbeat.

cheating people, speaking untruths, the promotional price increases by 40% after 3 months. after submitting an uncomfortable review, a representative calls to ensure that he will fix everything, but the same thing happens again for the next month, I do not recommend this storage to anyone
The property manager Mike was extremely helpful, efficient and fair. He accommodated my need immediately and even reminded me after I vacated to cancel my membership so I wouldn’t be charged additionally. I highly recommend using this storage place
