I have been storing my stuff here for a few months and had nothing but great experiences! The front desk clerk Kevin went out of his way to help me out at the beginning of the month! I wanted to change my storage unit to a smaller unit and he spent a lot of extra time making calls and ensuring everything was done correctly so I didn't have to pay extra! Also, when I was done moving out of my old unit, I told him I would have to run home to get a broom and he brought me a broom and dustpan to finish cleaning out my old unit and not have to go home. He told me he would close out the old unit by the end of the day and it was completed within the hour. I would highly recommend using this Public Storage for all your storage needs! Great and friendly service and I LOVE the app that you can use to open and close the gate! Numbers are sometimes hard to remember!

I have been a customer with this company since more than a year now and at first they gave a good rate and after a few months started increasing without any notice and that too by a very high percentage.
I am out of the country and cannot move out right away and they have almost doubled my payment in a year.
I would never use this facility anymore.
I will be back soon and transfer to another facility.
I woule advise everyone to check the contract and read the fine print as they mention that they can raise the rates without notice. I will consult an attorney and see if what they are doing is as per consumer laws and good business practice.

I went to my storage unit today and I could not get the door up. I tried and tried for a couple minutes. I ended up calling the office and asking them for assistance. The person on staff came out to my unit, a couple wiggles and jiggles on the door and it worked. I was able to open it. Really thankful for their assistance.

2019: Rented with company for couple months and after couple months they made 35$ dollar raise just because. Never was told that, but when I called to ask what's up, answer is clear: read little letters. So this is a warning for other people what to expect.
2023: very helpful and concerning manager and managers assistant (or second manager). Still don't like the price management for public storage corp.

Easy access to outdoor units. Unit was dirty and needed a good cleaning before use. Would be nice to have the entry concrete feathered out for easier unloading with hand trucks and furniture dollys.
Saw other tenets storing propane canisters, which makes me uncomfortable due to the explosive qualities.
The Public Storage at Washington and Ring in Naperville is excellent. Kevin has physically walked me through the process twice now as I was a bit nervous as to how storage access, security, availability worked. Thank you Kevin for truly making this a simple, straight-forward event for me!

Kevin was extremely thorough explaining everything clearly and worth a excellent demeanor. We had a couple problems with the bulb not working and he switched us to an alternative unit quick and pain free. I love that you get in and out of the facility using the app and don't have to keep entering numbers on some dialer box. Everything is clean and Kevin was able to renew a reservation we had that had just expired with the best deal.

Still using PS in 2022, it's been years - Kevin the Property Manager is a GEM! He is always very polite and cooperative to our needs. The units are clean and the hours are very accommodating.
Have used PS off and on during the last 7 years, Juliet has always been polite and accommodating to our needs each time we have used their services. The area is kept clean and we haven't had any issues with rodents. Location is key to why we choose this facility. No complaints about the staff at all, the only discouraging comment we would ever bring up is the amount of monthly rate increases by the management NOT the staff, still don't understand why it is they increase rates as often as they do.
