Nice property, very clean and unkept and alayyah was very kind and helpful.
Alayah helped me with a successful move in. Very quick and it was a nicely clean property, And she answered all my questions.
Had a very smooth, pleasant experience at this location. I filled out an online reservation for a unit and got a call quickly from the person on duty that day. I asked if I could come in and see the size difference between two units and he said come on over. I went there and he was more than happy to show me around and answer ALL of my questions. He explained everything thoroughly and honestly. He made it so easy for me to creat my account and get a unit! Definitely recommend!!
I feel horrible that I don’t remember his name (management-this was on Sunday 8/11 about midday, please make sure my thanks get back the guy on duty that day!!!)

More expensive than the other options but it has a good system to sign up, timed lights for each unit, and the units are clean and clear. Doors were recently painted fresh enamel coat of PS orange within the last 2 months, and they got a little paint in my lock I needed to clear and scratch off but I appreciate they’re taking care of their property.
Hours could be 24/7 but they’re not.
Mandatory insurance (requirement) feels unnecessary but is likely a liability reducer so they save on their insurance policy or something like that. Add $20 a month to your rental for this. Hence 4 stars. I’m only renting short term and moving to a cheaper unit once I am fully moved into my new digs.

I called to ask questions about the space that I am currently renting, the property manager Nathan was so refreshing to speak with. He didn’t mind making sure that I knew the information and was up to date on what I am paying for, he didn’t mind repeating himself so that I knew what was going on. He made sure I knew what to expect, and above all spoke as if he was a customer with public storage, meaning they just don’t want to fill a storage unit they want to inform you on any/everything. The staff and Nathan bravo, customer service, and positive atmosphere, for anyone wanting to store any items look no further…

We’ve been renting a storage space long term at this facility and we recently received a price increase. The new property manager, Nason was able to accommodate our current rate for an additional 6 months which was very helpful for us. He was very kind and considerate and helped us out quickly. I use this storage facility to store additional inventory for my small business Hank’s Cane & Rush Restoration! The cost had gone up to the point I couldn’t justify keeping the unit and I was going to vacate. Christine helped me transfer to a smaller unit that met my needs and save $100 per month! Christine the General Manager is great! She made our experience over the past six years the reason for this because she was focused on us being happy and content by renting from Public storage. For instance Christine is knowledgeable, adaptable, helpful and empathetic.
If you need storage in the Aurora/Naperville area, you have to visit this location and talk to Christine! She is a fantastic host and treats all of her customers with respect. Christine is also accommodating to her guests. I needed after hours access to the storage and Christine was quick to grant me access with no issues. She also allowed us to park our truck overnight as a courtesy. Make sure to talk to Christine on your next visit to this location! Absolutely 5 star service!!

We have used Public Storage facilities throughout the years. When it came time to move and needed a storage facility I rented a space at this location. From the moment I made a reservation, Christine reached out and helped us with the details. Our situation was unique in the sense that we needed to unload a 28’ Upack container at the storage facility. Christine helped us every step of the way, we were able to drop off the container inside the facility in order for us to unload it.
I would highly recommend this facility and Christine, she is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Christine went above and beyond to make our moving experience less stressful.
