I never have to worry about changes to rent or if something went wrong with a check because I know that David will reach out. The facility itself is clean and has convenient carts for moving things in or out of my unit. I also love that this location is right off the interstate which makes it easy to get to.

I hate to admit it; however, for the past few years we've had multiple storage units at multiple locations. This said, the Public Storage Naperville location shines in comparison to all others... mostly because of it's on-site management. The Naperville Public Storage manager, Dave, is the most helpful standup person you'll ever meet. If you have storage needs, I would strongly suggest Naperville Public Storage.

This has been my first public storage experience and probably was the best. David went above and beyond through the whole process. including suggestions for moving from a outdoor unit to a smaller indoor unit, he was there the whole way to make sure we had materials available to move our stuff and getting around the facility efficiently. David has amazing customer service! Wouldn’t go to any other public storage.
I generally had no issues using the storage unit here, the only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they really need more carts sometimes on busy days i had to wait or go searching for a cart. Also be aware while you can use the app to open the gate it stops working at 9pm on the dot leaving you stuck there and having to wait on hold with customer service to open the gate. That being everything else was fine and I would rent here again.

I am giving this business a 5 star review SOLELY due to the excellent service I received from David, in particular. He was nothing short of professional, accommodating, and personable each and every time I dealt with him. However, I must mention that having rented a large space for over 7 years, my rent more than tripled during that period! They gouged me on rent while offering internet specials for new tenants for the same size space at almost a third of the price I was paying. Apparently they don't appreciate a loyal tenant.

As I am moving this is a difficult time, but assured me that cost wise, I was in the best of hands. Speaking of moving, I am thankful that public storage has all of moving products I need! After choosing my unit, he went over everything making this the easiest and straightforward storage facility I have had the pleasure of renting from! Cannot beat the price in the area for storage. Customer service was excellent, David was great!
Be extremely careful when renting here. They increased the price on our unit from $188 to $246 when the exact same unit is now going for $141 online! After multiple conversations with multiple managers I was told that this is normal practice for this company, especially for people with larger units. Once you are moved in, you are trapped. I highly recommend that if you are going to need the unit more than 3 months, it's best to look elsewhere.

Staff has been very nice and professional. The only thing I'm not too crazy about is the fact that gates remain open so anyone can enter and the doors to the storage buildings are not locked either.
Our initial sign-up with Nate at the LaSalle Ave. facility in Naperville couldn't have gone smoother. He was very nice and personally escorted us to our unit. Two weeks later when we had a question about our bill, we called the facility and this time Ashley answered our question and fixed the problem. She was also very friendly.

This location is the best one I have been to by far! Amber and Jennifer helped me and they were amazing! I will always come to this location because of them!
This particular location seems older, and it was a little pricey. That said, we rented a climate controlled space for seven months. I was pleased to find out items were only lightly dusted and completely bug free. I had made several inquiries among two very friendly women working at the office. They would always call back within an hour and made sure our move was completed without any problems.
