Moving can be stressful so I was very grateful for Kim at Public Storage in Aurora, she made the process clear and smooth! I was signed up and in my storage pretty quickly and so far this has been the easiest part of my move!

Spoke with Samantha at first,setup a reservation for Tuesday... Nason was there on Tuesday, he showed me an outside unit... Went with that, getting paperwork done was quick and easy... I got the app as well for my phone. Thanks to Jason and Samantha for making this process as painless as possible!! A great help... Edit: There was a miscommunication on the available outside unit,but it was resolved quickly, the app is somewhat cumbersome, but now smooth sailing for a 1st time storage renter

I am currently at this Location waiting for 1hr to make a payment and no Service Rep is here and the door is locked. POOR SERVICE
They were good. Only thing I didn’t like was that they had no garbage for us as customers NOWHERE on the lot. Also, the day I moved out last week, I found lots of rat poop in my things and I DO NOT play with rodents. Also, the price was going up every month, that as the reason I left.

i came in to find out what i would need to do to rent a unit, i talked to a guy named rick he told me all about renting it online when i am ready next month. great customer service is why ill be back to rent next month

Nason you are above and beyond awesome. My problem is having to wait 6 to 8 weeks for my refund. To be told my refund would come to my card in 72 hours is a big difference truth is so much better than a lie. I'm never renting fom public storage again. It was such a let down.
My entire world is just falling apart and I had no idea what I was doing this morning with my new storage unit. I just knew whoever I talked to would be annoyed immediately with my lack of any common sense from my foggy brain. I ended up asking Linda for help and that woman!!!! She went out of her way to help me, I had my babies with me and she was not batting an eye on why I was half out the door answering her questions. She walked to my unit, she helped me with things that are literally common sense that I should have known but was too emotional to figure out. She was an Angel!!!!! So kind and not one ounce of a warranted sigh from her, just smiles. If every establishment had one of her, business would be booming everywhere.
Also, the other ladies I did not speak to there, but were working beside her, were joyous and sweet with that same energy. What a place!!!

This is a follow up because I worked with Dee at a different pub storage location & the location wasn’t quite right but she said she’d call me to see another location, & she did! This storage site is where I’m looking for & I thought it was so nice that she remembered me & followed up. Public storage is the best. Thank you to everyone there for caring & not just selling. Although I’m buying my packing supplies there too! 5 million stars to Public Storage.
The rules and regulations are way too strict it should be a 24-hour pass and it is surveillance correct I'm going to give it a c plus cuz if there ain't no effort there's no team

Changing my review from.4 years ago. This place has.declined you can never get through to someone. And almost always Noone is on the office. The room above my unit was caving in and when it rains would get wet they did not fix it just said they could move me but I would have to change and do everything that same day. Very unhelpful

Ashley was awesome. She helped us pick the right size storage showed us how to manage the locks and gates. Very personable and knowledgeable. I tried to get my unit online and wasn’t successful glad I wasn’t because the in person customer service I received was beyond reproach.

I've been using this place for about 3-4 months now, and everything's gone absolutely perfect. From the moment I first registered, their customer service has been great. They gave me the exact input needed to choose a size of room that wouldn't break the bank but also fit all storage needed. Moreover, I forgot to bring my own lock for like 2 months and they locked it for me until I had the time to go in. *Until I had time, this wasn't something they needed to tolerate but they did and I'm grateful for it because the help was definitely needed. Furthermore, any information or help I needed was done to the most comprehensive extent.
I'd especially like to give Ashley a shoutout because she was the focal point between any questions/help needed and the solution provided. She was kind, communicated information well, and empathetic with any personal circumstances.
