Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 200 Brook Court, Bolingbrook, IL

I have been at this storage for a very long time and never any problems , the lady manager Deb is awesome , she is friendly and very friendly ,, keep up the good work !!

Just wanted to say I’ve been here for 3 years and Debbi is amazing! I literally chose this location because of her. She was great at offering to help and remind about payments and also facilitate any issue that came up. If you need storage I suggest going to see Deb!

Debbie The Property manager assisted with eRental. So smooth and easy access through gate via Bluetooth through the app. Awesome experience. Way to Go Public Storage. Exceptional service with Debb always.

UPDATE at end of review. I invite PS to reply and say this isn't true. Why did you raise my 5x10 to $188 a month??? I have auto pay. They will gouge you!!! Don't post a review until AFTER you've been renting. They reply to positive reviews, from new renters. They are crooks IMO and other's. I rented a small 5x10 space starting at less than $80 a month. Didn't take long before it got jacked up to $120 a month. The next month you look and it's $142!!! Now $188. If you look, the intro offer is $41, and they state the regular price as $82. I called and asked why I was being charged more than the regular price, I was told "that's just the way it is". I asked if they would lower the rate, "no". But I was told I could cancel the space I'm in and move to the unit next door for a lower rate. Seriously??? Unfortunately I'm out of state and can't do that. They are a complete rip off! Unethical business practice. If you need your space for more than a couple months, they'll screw you. You've been warned. UPDATE; Was called by a man from Public Storage, on account of this review. Maybe we could work something out. He explained that the prices listed online aren't the actual prices. The prices are for marketing purposes. Half off the price is only half off a marketing price, not an actual price. I said that was misleading. He told me I need to stop "arguing" with him. End result is, he appeared to me to get angry, no rate reduction, I'm not changing my review. So, they really hate bad reviews. I got more calls. My rate was reduced FOR ONE MONTH! Now it went up again. I hope to get my stuff out soon. Renting from public storage, out of state has been a horrible experience. Like I said earlier, DON'T WRITE YOUR REVIEW BASED ON YOUR FIRST MONTH. WAIT A WHILE. THEN YOU'LL SEE.

They sold me a unit that doesn't exist. Thanks for wasting my time and stealing my money.

I suspect EVERY POSITIVE REVIEW FOR THIS FACILITY IS A RESULT OF FOLKS WHO MADE AN UNHOLY DEAL WITH THE MANAGEMENT. About 5months after you have finally moved all your stuff into your unit, your fee will INCREASE by 40%. My entry fee was 80.00, then it INCREASED TO 120.00.You will then leave a scathing review which will elicit a response from the property manager Debbie. She will plead with you to remove the poor, but accurate review in exchange for a credit to your account and an adjustment to your monthly fee. This will be in exchange for the removal of your honest review and she will request that you replace your review with a dishonest review. If you do not comply, YOUR MONTHLY RATE WILL INCREASE AGAIN AND AGAIN until you either comply, or move your belongings out of the unit. This is how they receive a 4.7 ⭐️DO NOT SIGN UP FOR AUTO-PAY. If you do, it could be months before you realize they’ve been gouging you. At these jacked- up rates, you really need to ask yourself, do I really need any of this stuff. At $1400 plus a year for a tiny 10x10 NON- climate controlled space. You are better off giving away your storage items. The people running this business are opportunists who will take advantage of those in need. DO NOT reward BAD BEHAVIOR.

Recently started renting on the 1st of this month. The next day I came in and realized I needed a bigger unit. The young lady at the desk made a few calls and helped me out to move up to a bigger unit with no extra charge. Overall nice staff and great attitude. Thanks for the help.

This is an updated review in light of my now veteran status here😁 Public storage is the clear leader in the space industry (pun intended)They offer game changing financial tools,in these inflation ridden times,you can pay your rent in installments till complete before the due date AND they offer Autopay!All this invaluable information was relayed to me by manager extraordinaire Debby,always on-call,mostly on-site. Be wise guys!!
