I’m not sure where to start. I completed an erental and it was completed super fast and efficiently. Sairrah, the property manager, is kind and always goes above and beyond with her customer service. The property is kept clean, it’s easy to navigate and I don’t have a single complaint. I highly recommend this location for anybody who is looking for a storage.
There’s a large sign on the door the reads “We’re Open” but the property manager is rarely in the office. I’ve been there multiple times to rent and view a storage space and the door is always locked and no one is in the office, very frustrating.
Sairrah in the office is so friendly and always takes care of the property as well as customer needs.
I have had a unit for 3 years, the staff is great and helpful.
The team at Public Storage has been exceptionally good to work with. The property manager, Sairrah, is very responsive to any issues and always finds immediate solutions to and minor problems. It is very convenient and accessible and fits my needs perfectly.

This company will jack your rent up as much as possible as fast as possible and they provide absolutely nothing beyond a square with a lock on it and harassment for your monthly rent that increases every year. Absolutely do not give these people your money.

I spoke to the representative at the office whom didn't seem to know anything. I was asking about having an ABF trailer placed on the property for 48 hours. She had to call another facility and call me back. Ii was told they didn't allow that even though I would be moving to another public storage in Fort Myers, Florida. The receiving property says its a normal process. Also they don't plow or salt the property very well and my 74 year old father fell due to ice in front of the unit.
I am renting a space from 2008. I met many property managers here & other locations. The best was SAIRRAH at this location ! Since I asked her to give me a mind call, she did it every month !
