Glenview Public Storage! I have been trying to reach the District Manager, Adam, for 6-8 months with no call back! Every 2 months large fee increase! I have gone by foot to location to try to nicely speak with anybody, finding no air conditioning working? Another time a flood, now, no heat!! What else am I not told about this horrible business! Trying to make arrangements! Still no decent callback or anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible service, terrible treatment of customers that have been paying rent for 13+ years. Don’t waste your money, just find a different place to put your stuff (they’ll clip your lock and look through your things if you miss one payment—again, in 13 years—because you had to replace your credit card.

Mary was marvelous I had issues renting a storage at the wheeling location and had issues processing the rental at that location and online I finally got to the Glenview location and Mary saved the day for me I highly recommend this place.

Rented a storage space in this facility & misplaced the lock key. The office manager, Deb, was very kind, courteous & professional in helping me & explaining how they schedule lock cutoff & replacement. The facility itself is clean, safe & relatively easy to access. I have had previous experience with your facility in Minnesota, when my daughter was a student up there & it was easy & efficient. Deb, was great to work with!

This review is about Debbie, who works in the office at this location. Debbie was so helpful and immediately went above and beyond to help me resolve my issues. She’s a gem and Public Storage is lucky to have her! I have to say though—the ridiculous increases Public Storage levies on long-term customers (27%+ every year!) are criminal. As a matter of fact, if I were rating Public Storage as a whole, it wouldn’t be five stars for sure!

Love this facility so much! Staff is so friendly and helpful. Mary took the time to explain billing charges to me and refunded packing items I didn’t use. This is the second time I’m storing here and I drive past other storage facilities to use this particular one because their units are clean, my property safe, and staff makes it worth it. Thank you!

I booked a storage room and got an email confirmation plenty time ahead of move in, still I was getting calls upon calls/emails to confirm our confirmation. I spoke to a gentleman first and then a lady, to confirm our storage reservation. Then on the morning of us wanting to bring in our storage furniture, we are told that we canceled our reservation. This was absolutely incorrect. I speak to the manager and explained the situation and she tells me that I have to rebook the storage room and now I have to pay more even though the promotion is still available online. Then she tries to tell me the storage room I am getting is too big even though she has no idea what I need to bring in. Instead of trying to help fix the situation that their staff created for me, she argues and tries to play switch and bait with me with extra charges! What is the point to make a reservation and get a confirmation if they want us to confirm multiple times? Then to cancel without niotice? This was a very poor rated experience for us. Incredibly unprofessional staff that have no idea how to follow up with each other and communicate reservations.

I am pretty new in regards to renting storage space. I booked the space on line and went to the office to complete the rental agreement on my move in day.
