I don't usually give reviews, but I'm so blessed to have service at the public storage facility in Morton Grove IL, I couldn't ask for a kinder and understanding person to see me through my difficulties and making sure I stay on track with paying my storage rent. It's not her job to remind me of paying my storage bill, but she goes above and beyond. I'm a much older person trying to overcome some health issues, I explained that to her, and she was willing to work with me.

A friendly recommendation I would like to point out is that Public Storage should provide their workers with a portable fan or a hat. Something to combat this crazy hot weather. Especially since their workers have to walk long distances to show clients their storage rooms.

I'd imagine there isn't much difference from one Public Storage to the next but there's one thing the other locations don't have: Evelyn. And that makes them the poorer for it. Evelyn is helpful, kind, warm, friendly and makes everything an easier and more enjoyable process. Like I said, every Public Storage is probably similar in terms of facilities, etc. but this location is best because it has the most wonderful staff. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with them. The gate access hours are limited. I had a billing issue as well, they could have easily made things right but they did not. I was promised i would be taken care of and wasnt. I would definitely take your business elsewhere. This is all over 28$ !
Don't rent from this company, I had issues with billing. The company had the chance to do right by us and it would have been very simple and they did not. Communication was done thru telephone even though I was out of the country. Had the company emailed me I would have been able to promptly get back to them. In fact they did email me and I got back to them within 3 hours. A money hungry company. I would take your business elsewhere.

It says that you close at 5pm on Sunday but there is no one in the building at 3:20 on Sunday. What happened? Did hours change? Doors are locked. Will delete if responded too but please correct hours on google if you are not open on Sunday.
Edit: Went back on Monday 1/16/23 and there was someone there. Evelyn was very helpful and explained why there was no one there during working hours.

I was having a hard time getting my family’s things out after the passing of my dad and Evelyn helped me get it all done and made sure I was good with everything! She is an angel! This location was very helpful and affordable. I interact with two people at this facility . One person who showed us the unit and explained the pricing and set us up with an account. The other person was when I was moving out and having issues with my gate code. The person called me back immediately, checked my account and then went out and double checked the code was working. This was great as I was moving out the next day.
Moving in and out were both easy thanks to Roy's Moving #1 on Grand Ave, Chicago and the access to clients at this facility. On the way out the person who helped the day earlier with the gate code helped me to cancel my autopay as well as close down my account making sure I got confirmation emails.
Both employees were especially helpful and polite.
As I mentioned the units are affordable and oftentimes they have a deal on the first month or so and when the price went up it was a reasonable increase and nothing major. They also have bathrooms with a code there just in case ya gotta go.
The property is cleaned and well maintained. Would use this facility again if I ever need another storage unit.

I have been renting a space at the Morton Grove Public Storage facility for a couple of years. I could move my things to a location closer to my home but I choose to stay with Evelyn at this location because the customer service is excellent. She has gone above and beyond, not having been asked, to assure that my experience at Public Storage is way more than satisfactory. Great customer service is key to any company and very hard to come by. Evelyn deserves a raise!

Oh my god. I just had the first pleasant experience with a storage company and a representative called Nicole. I have had bad service with other places, so I was afraid of another one. It was unnecessary. Nicole was nice and explained all processes and fees. I’m glad I decided to rent a space here.

This is an extremely well managed facility with a great staff. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is the price of storage , which has gone up steadily over the years, I know this having unfortunately had to maintain storage there since 2007! However the same is true for all storage facilities . The people I have talked to over the years have been consistently friendly and knowledgeable, including most recently Chris and Evalyn, who helped us with the process of vacating the unit. Thanks everyone!

DO NOT RENT A STORAGE UNIT HERE MY UNIT WAS ROBBED 💔💔💔 everything I owned was in a unit here, I went to my unit to pick up some stuff. The lock was perfectly intact but my unit was trashed everything was stolen they left only pillows and some kids stuff it is heart breaking and unfair
But I know god is going to repay their evil and the lord my god will replace all of my stuff that was taken from me I feel blindly violated

I had a concern with my new rate as it went up $80 dollars. Chris showed me great customer service. I had gone in to the office where he told me that he would check into it and call me back. He called me back the same night and was able to get the rate reduced. Then, he had an issue with the computer not updating my new rate. He was able to check into it and then immediately called me back to confirm I was all set. Big shout out to Chris with his great customer service.

The female who works there always give a nasty attitude for no reason. They need to upgrade their staff asap!! It's not fair we paying all this money and a simple question . Staff give you attitude if you don't like working there quit but don't make other people miserable.

Really easy process, Chris was even nice enough to show us the storage unit the day before us moving into the space since we wanted to get a SUPER early start and didn't want to hold up the unloading with movers the day-off finalizing any last minute details with the front office! I was given a courtesy call that my lock was not properly secured. I went and thought was. Bit later received yet another call that it was not secured. I came back and Chris actually met me at my unit abd showed me how it was not properly locked. Thank you, Chris and Evelyn!
nic and chris were totally helpful anything i asked about was delt with no problem, i have no problems renting here so far its been four months.
