Beware!!! Regardless of what promotion you sign up for your storage rent will be increased. I have been using Public Storage since the end of 2022 and there were 2 prince increases last year alone. One price increase this year so far. If you need assistance with your account you get the run around if your phone number is recognized in the system. Your best bet is selecting the option to get a new unit to get someone on the line. Also, if you have to move your belongings out after the 1st you are still responsible for the full month they will not credit you back regardless if you were only using the unit a few days of the last month. If I ever need a storage unit again I will not be using Public Storage.

I truly feel like I have been renting storage units my entire life! Between personal storage units and storage units for my company I have always believed in loyalty so I used CubeSmart for over 15 years, but unfortunately I was never given the respect a loyal customer deserved. With that said last month I finally made a decision to shop around and finally make that long overdue change. So I put several requests out to majority of the local storage locations nearest to my home. Of course I knew I would be bombarded with calls and offers from all of them, but for the first time ever I received a call from an extremely professional and knowledgeable storage manager named Meg! She not only took her time explaining everything to me in detail but she also listened to all of my concerns!! So I did something I have never done before and I immediately locked in a unit and paid the amount due utilizing the AMAZING 1st MONTH OFFER. Meg was by far the easiest person to speak with and was someone I truly believed I could trust with all my storage needs now and in the future! So to sum it up I picked this Public Storage because of Meg and her natural ability to build a strong relationship with me that I trusted! Thank you Meg for making my decision so easy.

Great experience with Adam in the leasing office. The location is super convenient and the grounds are well maintained, as well as the individual hallways leading to the units. Not crazy about having to use the app for access as sometimes it’s finicky/wifi troubles, but you are provided with an access code to manually input if that route is better.

In 7 months rent went from $165.00 to $212.00 for a 10 x 10, I asked when will it stop going up, its ridiculous, I was told it will keep going up. I would of been long term, they don't care, I'm a senior, they don't care, I moved out, they don't care!

this public storage is easy to get to with plenty of space for cars. There are usually always push/pull carts as well. The person who helped us, DJ, was extremely kind and helpful. Got us the best prices and was efficient. Couldn’t recommend the place more especially with DJ’s help.

Drew is an outstanding employee. He went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. He made the whole process very easy and stress-free while making sure we knew important information. I loved that he mentioned using one side of the garage for cars to pull through while using the other side for trucks and vans. It makes it so there is less of an issue if people are loading and unloading a large number of belongings as opposed to being in a car and doing a quick drop off or pick up. I'd like to also thank him for being VERY patient with my wife and me as we were running pretty late to our meet-up time.

Had issues with site not being able to set up auto pay and was charged late fees but the district manager credited that back. The local "help" isn't much help but their higher management seem to be customer oriented and willing to work woth the customer.

Kelly is a superstar. She helped walk me through an account issue in a calm and professional matter. She truly did everything in her power to help me in the situation. She is honestly the main reason I am even giving a 5 star review. That being said the situation in question was due to the app. While I initially thought it would make things easier, it ended up costing me in the long run. It is notoriously glitchy and decides not to work at the most inopportune times. I would like to state I use the android app, not iOS so I cannot comment on the apple store's version of the app. It failed to give me information that ended up costing me an additional month's rent. Do not make my mistake, stick to the website and talk to the very helpful staff for important matters. That being said the space is quite clean and well kept. The layout can be a little confusing and winding but there are maps next to the elevators. I especially liked the indoor loading area on the first floor! The prices are a bit high in my personal opinion. For a relatively small 5x10 space the base price was about $75 and that was with an online deal. When adding the mandatory insurance fees and taxes I was paying a bit less than $100 for a small indoor space. Unfortunately storage prices seem to be high everywhere nowadays. Be mindful of the contract you sign and make sure its very clear what you are paying for! Other than the app issue, I never had an issue in my few months renting a space here. My belongings were safe and secure and I never had issues when it came to loading up or organizing the space. My main problems came in at the end of my time with this location. As long as you're smart about it and communicate with the staff, problems can be easily avoided.
