This PS is very accessible and neat. The customer service representatives I have met are friendly and supportive. Recently I noticed that the door to my unit was sparkling clean as were others, courtesy the new customer service representative, Lea-Ann! From what I see, Lea-Ann is another blessing to this facility...very respectful, duty-conscious, and customer-service oriented (She deserves 5 Stars for the job she does there every single day she's on duty. I was told on one of my visits that a former Manager of the PS, Darlene, passed to the great beyond recently. It is quite a sad news. May her gentle soul rest in perfect peace. Amen! This kind of customer service personnel (like Lea-Ann) the Jarvis branch has, makes things easy for customers! Laquitha is a very great customer service agent. She is always so helpful

Came In on 7/29/24 at 3:45pm no one was at the desk. They told me they only have a attendant on-site from 9:30am to 1:30pm. That they only work half days at this location. As i was trying to return the lock that public storage. There was a lady there from public storage but she wasn't working the desk. Called at 12:20pm nobody answered the phone on 7/30/24. I am still trying to return my public storage lock so i do not get charged for it. Is there a customer service number because it seems nobody is working at this location on Jarvis photo was taken at 12:55pm they told me they work half days here i have been coming here all week to return my lock with no luck. Even though it says office hours are til 5:00pm

I would not recommend this place, sorry. That’s my first negative review I’ve ever posted. Just want to warn people before they commit to “moving in” based on my experience. I rented a space at Public Storage in January 2024, the process of signing up was very fast and easy- that was the only positive factor. A few weeks later, the glass in the window of my unit came down: everything inside was completely wet. It took them a month to fix it. Why? It wasn’t even broken. Then I found spots from a leak in the ceiling, including my unit, I guess, it’s normal and no one really cares about their customers. The elevator is not working every other time I go there. Sometimes there is not a single cart available. It also closes at 9pm which is a bummer. The cherry on top was $20 rent increase, they gave me a month ahead heads up. Seriously? The only reason i am still there is the location convenience but I am definitely looking for another place to move into.

I don’t blame the staff but taking the elevator in this facility is scary. It is an old industrial elevator and it’s very difficult to open because it’s so heavy. I have gotten stuck in in b/c i did not have the strength to open the door. It took all my strength to open. Today, it took too of us to open the elevator. Also, their pricing went up dramatically, when I started it was $35 a month. It then escalated to $70 a month. Definitely not worth it.

Coming to this Jarvis location was a great experience. Receiving help from Jayda helped with making a decision on the best storage unit to purchase. I was indecisive, I didn’t know if this would be the best place to store my things but with Jayda’s assistance and reassurance helped so much.

Went in for storage didn’t know to much about renting a storage but when I arrived the place was super clean which was the first thing I was looking for. On top of that the young lady Jayda was very knowledgeable and nice and made me feel comfortable renting from public storage.

My first impression about the Jarvis p.s was unexpected I judged the employee thinking she was gonna have an attitude. But wow she gave me all the information I needed by just giving her a brief description about my situation. Even saved me some money by getting a unit that was perfect for my needs. I highly recommend using this storage place and I also recommend that if you ever need help with trying to figure out what you need for storage please contact the very informative woman at the desk her name is jayda!
Have been waiting for over 2 hours for this unit attendant and he or she hasn't been in the office, but hours are posted 9:00 am until 5:00 pm on Saturday
They are not best customer service institution. In fact they are horrible. Jacked prices up after 6 months by $50. Find a better more customer friendly place. Also this location floods after it rains.
My unit got flooded and Dario (I think) and Tina couldn't have handled it better.
They had people there to move things out and check things out and clean out what I needed to throw out and gave me what I needed in order to make the insurance claim.
You pay a lot for storage services and they handled this like pros!

On August 4th 2022 I called to comfirm my payments Lisa was there to assist me, she was quick to answer all immediate Question her work performances is marked as high quality reasons why is because on How she Greet Her customers and maintain the public facility she's always cleaning randomly she will offer a broom to sweep when asked she never have nothing negative to say she would asist you with integrity & respect she never complain she's always there when needing assistance public storage on Jarvis across the street from the train Station always the residents are friendly just a friendly block I really appreciate Lisa also appreciate coming to this LOCATION if it was more stars up here then she would get them by me....thank you public storage

Sarita, she is doing good, helpful,help me reset my password on my app so I can get in my unit very easy.
The Good: The staff have mostly been friendly.
The Not So Good:
- They don't have enough carts (2 but often only can find 1) so you often have to just carry or push your boxes through the facility.
- The hours aren't great. They close at 5/6pm.
- When the roof collapsed in a storm, nobody notified me that my belongings were now covered in debris.
- Final straw: My small 5x8 unit went from $35 to $100 per month in 2yrs. That's an insane increase.
If I were to guess, I'd think they are trying to push clients out. I'd look for a different storage place.

I've been here a few times to pick up storage auctions. Tammy has been very professional and helpful. It's a tight squeeze for larger vehicles like box trucks. Clearance up to the building is only 11' under the L overpass. Note that the street is closed permanently for a quarter of a block so you will need to go around the block. The facility is clean and feels very secure.
