If I could give them a zero it would that's what I would give them. I've been renting from them for over 2 years now my rent price is higher than double what their new rent prices for new customers and about a year ago I had a fire and lost everything and they've been unwilling to work with me they get caught up so every month or last year I've been paying an extra $50 late because I'm just one month week buying to getting caught up and now they're going to Arkansas all my stuff what little stuff I didn't lose in the fire and they won't work with me at all and they lock you out of the facility on the 6th of every month and then you can't get yourself and you can't move it and I can't move it and then after the fire I didn't have my keys and they made me wait a month for them to drill at the lock which I had to pay for. Stay far away from this place they're not good people they are really really bad people.
The staff was very professional, facility was clean and provided carts to move large items. The facility felt very safe and secure. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for storage in the city.
Great customer service. The facility staff member helped me select the best unit for my needs at a reasonable price. He walked up to the unit with me to assure it was empty, cleaned and ready for occupancy. I moved my items in and had no issues.

Efficiency from Jorge
Convenient location.. but it loses a star for cleanliness and upkeep. I'm not asking for a storage facility to be spotless by any means. But there was loose debris and some trash in my unit upon move-in.
Also, not having the option to get 24 hour access which I need due to my work schedule. That's a company wide policy not necessarily this locations fault so I won't deduct a star but just making it known that that's dumb and should be changed.

Jorge, after being directed to him by Terry over at 5733 N Broadway, helped me quickly resolve an issue with my reservation, gave the accurate information as to what the next steps would be and finally, even though he said it would take about 2 days, he got in touch with his manager on the same day and notified me within half an hour that I had been refunded and what could not be refunded had been applied as a credit to my revised reservation. All in all, an excellent experience. Also, I think its great that they incentive these reviews and it reflects in the service provided.

beyond useless. i’ve been trying for days but even when they’re “open” no one is in in the office and the door is always locked. the number on the door just leads to a call center. go somewhere else

Needed a unit the day of, and Jorge was quick to show us what we needed, get us signed up, answer any of our questions, and have us out and ready to start moving very quickly.
Someone broke into my storage unit. Also, I always have to wait a long time to get assistance at my location when I need it. Recently, I tried to set up an online account, but they required me to go to the physical location to do so. I have to drive 32 miles today just to register my email. I'm definitely moving to a different company's storage service. This Public Storage experience has been a complete nightmare.

I do not recommend this storage. 6 months ago I rented a unit and was told that they did not have many units available so their advertisement for the first month free is false and now in November they increased the price of the unit by 25% so when I call because of this increase I They say that since the rent is month to month they can raise the prices without any notification and the excuse for the increase was the same as when I rent the unit…”there is a lot of demand and few units” to which I reply “then if the demand drops, the price will drop. price?" and his answer was "prices never go down, rather they go up every 3 or 6 months". very disappointed with this company

I’ve been having my things stored at another facility in the neighborhood (rhymes with wife porridge) & had the worst experience. Their manager was extremely unprofessional & my storage rate was going up every month without any explanation.
I decided to check out other options & found an awesome promotion for public storage. Jorge called me as soon as I put in my reservation with further information about the storage unit & overall process. Coming in he actually showed me the unit & went over cost, entryway, & further details. He was extremely helpful!

Great experience. Easy to access facilities, mobile entry to gates. Storage spaces are clean and well lit - just make sure to turn on the lights in the hallways you’re using. Large freight elevators and carts for moving your items. Jorge was super helpful, flexible and kind! He helped me locate my unit, answer questions about billing, and close out my account when I moved out. Would definitely recommend!

The black make staff here is a liar. He purposefully charged me late fees. And I spoke with this guy about the late fee and he said he'd waive it once I pay off the monthly charge, so I did. However, this guy did NOT waive the charge and does NOT even pick up the phone call although I kept calling over and over again.
Jorge was a huge help, he toured me around the units and surveyed the square footage of my belongings before I purchased which I appreciated so much! 10/10 great customer service.
Raised our rate by 60 bucks by sending us a tiny unmarked postcard. Apparently people fall for that often enough. Moved out and found a similar sized unit cheaper than my original price anyway. Absolutely will never rent from a public storage again. Hugely increasing the rate and trying to sneak it by you in a tiny postcard is super shady business practice.

Showed up at 4:30pm to load stuff into my new unit, and nobody was in the office. They also locked up all of the carts in the unmanned office so nobody could use them. The only cart left out was a stolen Whole Foods shopping cart. They also sold me on an 8x10 unit, but neglected to mention that there is a massive pillar running through it, taking up valuable space. Definitely should've rented from a different company. Its always something with Public Storage.
