Great facility - well maintained, clean and secure. I attribute this mostly to the highly effective management staff, Kelly and Kayla, who are consistently friendly, effective at problem-solving and hands-on, both concerning the location itself as well as interfacing with the corporate offices on your behalf. "Above and beyond" is practically the norm with them.

public storage declined my card and sold all my stuff for auction right after. I am out $3000 they sold my camera my clothing my memories with my family and the customer service laughed on the phone after doing it I'm going to take this legally and do everything I can to shut down this pos company I am truly offended, disgusted and lost for words best know everyone will know about what you are doing to people.

Kelly (property manager) was extremely helpful with anything I needed. She was able to lower my rate and helped me close my account when I moved. I had a unit for 5 years and never had a problem. I don’t plan on needing a storage unit again, but if I do, I will most definitely go back there.

Great clean place to store your stuff. Manager on-site is super nice, very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is the rising prices every 6 months. It's gotten a little expensive. Other than the price, great place!!

Kelly and the Buffalo Grove site were a great help in getting 2 rooms set up for our recent home renovation. Made the whole process easy. Very communicative and open about how the system works. I've used this site before and will recommend others to do the same.

There are very few storage facilities that will sign documents required by self-move container services like 800PackRat or PODS, let alone allow you to put containers on the property. This Public Storage quickly provided the forms required, helped to navigate the logistics of container placement, allowed ample days to unload and remove the containers, etc and we are talking about 2 of the biggest 16 feet containers. The team, especially Kelly, went above and beyond to help us on short notice. We actually last-minute dumped a storage reservation with another nearby local provider when last minute they refused to sign the PACKRAT form and then informed us we could not keep the containers around more than 24 hours when we didn't even know the time of day the containers would arrive. PACKRAT will not drop off the containers without the form signed by the property manager. Public Storage of Buffalo Grove on Aptakisic, especially Adam and Kelly, saved the day, probably saved my marriage too. Thanks so much!

I originally met Kelly via a phone call regarding renting a storage locker at the Buffalo Grove location. On the phone she was knowledgeable and reassured me the locker would hold all my furniture. Recently I finally met Kelly in person. In person she’s even more kind and thoughtful. She took the time to show me the locker space and also suggested the most efficient manner to store my furniture. Moving is incredibly stressful so to encounter someone like Kelly has made a part of it bearable. Thank U Kelly much appreciated. Eva

I have had a positive experience when Charity was the Manger. I called 1 time to ask a question and Kelly was not very helpful. I have a storage unit there for 7 years. I went to location during working hours she was not there.I left a message and still have not had a response to my message in 3 days. I feel like all she cares about is renting to a new client. Also if you read reviews it’s all about new. You would think a company would value previous Clients and not just keep raising rates. Very disappointed. What happened to good customer service???

Plubic Storage in Buffalo Grove is the best! It was so easy to reserve a storage unit online. Then I when to see the unit in person in Buffalo Grove and Kelly, the on-site manager, was very helpful. I finished signing up online and put my lock on my unit with Kelly’s help. She went out of her way to help me and showed me the back entrance and explained how to do the passcode. I was using another storage place and I’m glad I switched. The personal service is great here!!
