Rented a 5x10 unit here for almost 2 years. Very clean facility and a nice drive through load/unload area. Always had utility carts available, access in and out was easy. Price went from $75 to $134 over that 23 month period though. That's a bit excessive, so I got rid of some stuff and eliminated the need for a unit. Chris at Public Storage helped me close out the account, nice guy.

If I could give negative stars I would. Public storage are criminals who blindly take your money. They are money thieves. Worse than COMCAST!! We had the unfortunate pleasure of having to need their services and the Arlington location was nothing short of a miserable experience. Not only was the attendant not helpful, we needed some assistance 30 min after arriving.. he LEFT FOR 2 hours!! Had to call corporate and multiple locations to get him to come back. I hope you never have to use them. They are unwilling to help you at all.Expect rates to rise every month!! WORST COMPANY!
Do not go here. Your unit will increase monthly or at best 3 months. I started at $99 within 2 years, I was over $350. When I called they told me nothing they can do. I eventually had to buy another unit and move all my stuff from one unit to the next (same size) to reset the rate.
The property manager is rarely on site and isn’t helpful anyways, takes 2.5 hour lunch breaks, etc. If you forget or lose your key, you are screwed and they won’t help you at all. They have no master lock even though they provided you with the lock in the first place.
If you need any help with anything, be prepared for the run around. Expect your experience if you have any sort of issue to be a disaster.
Called customer service and they just read from a script and have no skills to help you. I’d recommend not using this company for anything.

Just went to this location and I had so many question and Tracy who was working at the office was such a great help. She answered all my question and help me with what size I had reserved online. I will be sending anyone that I know to this location.
