I have been here for a year now and it is an "Un-Manned" location. Meaning that there is no-one to help you if there is a problem and the Mgr at the 1400 E Davis location was not helpful to my needs. Initially a One Star review, however; finally after 10 months someone answered my problem so we're good now, I was literally ready to leave B4 this Mgr helped me... So, I give only 4 stars for the level of on site assistance being so complicated. Otherwise a pretty decent facility. (Thank you Sir, for finally answering my needs.)

This place is great and Chris, the facility manager, was so helpful and professional. He clearly explained costs and took me on a short tour. Clean and well lit. My first ever short term storage rental and I am completely reassured about my items to be stored and the quality of the facility and its policies and staff. I used the 1600 East Davies facility temporarily, as I am a commercial driver and needed somewhere to store my belongings. I enjoyed speaking with Chris the facility manager and he was very friendly and helped me stop my ongoing payment as I had moved out . He even stated I would be refunded a portion because of my short usage of A024.

Theres literally poop all over the floors and amongst the walls everytime i go on the second floor. Ended up finding LITERAL ANIMAL POOP inside my storage unit INSIDE my items. Absolutely disgusting how dirty it always is everytime i go in yet my rent price keeps going up.

This was my first time renting a storage unit. I went there to just look and get more information after I locked in a price online. David was amazing! He showed us around and went over options. David took such pride in representing the company, it was like he was the owner. I asked him and he said he had been there since 2019 so that is why he really knew his stuff. In the end he made me so comfortable that we rented the unit he recommended on the spot and he handled all the interactive sign up with me and the next thing I knew I had a lock and a set of keys and I am now ready to start using our unit. 1, 2, 3, I had picked a specific unit and was all signed up and ready to go, thanks to David!

Nice and clean storage but they raise the prices every three months . i just got and email today that went from $85 up to $116 . This is ridiculous and you can still see there is cheap units to rent … so what’s the point of raising mine when you’re still advertising for cheaper price ….

David is so awesome! A piece of furniture was stuck in my locker and I could not open the overhead roll up door. David climbed up over the top on a 6 foot ladder and worked for AN HOUR to help me get the piece free so the overhead door would open!! Soooooo helpful! I cannot thank him enough!! Had my storage at this location for about a year. The location is easily accessible, climate controlled and always clean (by far the cleanest storage facility I’ve ever rented). The staff were patient, caring and understanding and have always helped me with any questions or concerns, they truly know what Customer Service is. Worst experience ever. First the woman at the front desk messes up the reservation, we asked for an acclimated unit AC in palatine we double checked with her and pay. When we get to the address she gave us they say they only have outdoor and that they can’t change the location because we already paid. After that we get a rental until where she works because it’s closest one with AC apparently, while there’s only two people (including us) moving into our units and we’re using two carts and she tells us the limit is one per customer. That’s ridiculous because whenever there’s only 2 guests and all 6 carts are gone and we ask her where the carts are all of the sudden it’s okay because “they’re being used you have to wait your turn” so I guess rules only apply when it’s a certain type of guest.
