Moving cross country is never easy, esp when unknown storage is an issue. I read a LOT of reviews & the raves about Lainie and Public Storage & how easy she made what can be a tough chore for people convinced me to choose this facility. I could not be happier! The reviews are all true.
First, it is close to my new home, but also when I called to make my reservation she explained *everything* so simply! There are so many details to worry about, but she cleared that fog & eased all of that off my mind up front.
The day I came to "move in", I needed some changes made but it was a breeze, which was an unexpected joy. I was a bit lost & exhausted, so she took me over to my unit, which was clean & perfect for my needs.
She is helpful, friendly and extremely professional. Making this process fun is not easy, but she made it seem that way! I hope you have as good an experience. 😊

The downside? Significant price increases ($20-30) each year for a very small space without notice. 😲

WOW! Property is very well kept and easy to access. In the evening, areas are well lit so it feels safe even when the sun is down. Laine is a gem! So kind and welcoming. I would suggest this location to family and friends any day.

I have been with this Public Storage since 2018. I like this location because it is an outdoor drive up facility. I see that the prices are cheaper when the facility is outdoors rather than inside. I also like the ease of access. There is an app for the gate that you open from your phone while in your car! I really enjoy this feature. I was surprised when they came out with that a few years ago. This is super helpful during the winter!
Also, I've never had a problem with the manager on property. Since I joined, I think I went through 2 or 3 managers...? But this last manager for the past two years has been awesome. Her name is Laine(?). Laine is the nicest person to run a public storage. She is so willing to help and make sure the problem is taken care of. She will do what you need when you ask and if it's feasible. Laine loves her customers and they love her back. Such a great worker! I will continue to rent here and I highly recommend getting a space with Laine!

Went into possibly downsize my unit and Lainie was wonderful giving me all these options that were better for my budget. She is always smiling and friendly, you can always tell she cares about her customers and this property. The only issue i had is when i stopped in this Sunday 2/13 the guy who was working was completely rude and dismissive like i was bothering him. He should take a few pointers from Lainie on how to treat customers.
