I wouldn’t have given 1 star if I could make the review without it. Nobody here, nobody answering the phone at location. Call center definitely doesn’t understand the assignment. They need to utilize current technology to remove the dependency on humans to access auction sale units. This is ridiculous. These definitely need a revamp of processes. I don’t have the luxury of randomly driving back here in hopes that they’re open during regular business hours 🤦🏾‍♀️

Only reason I’m giving 5 stars is for faye and faye ONLY!! She was very helpful and kind during the process regarding my late father’s unit. Also was one of the only employees from this location I was in contact with over the last 3 months since my father’s passing. The property manager made it very hard to be in contact with him. I spoke with him only ONCE. Afterwards he didn’t answer the number he gave me to contact him nor did he respond to email pertaining to the matter, as if it wasn’t difficult enough with the grieving process, I had to worry about my fathers items potentially being auctioned off because his lack of communication. A meeting date and time was set up with the property manager Steven and I flew out from NYC just for him to be out on PTO after I was instructed he would be there 2 weeks prior. Luckily faye was able to help and assist with me gaining access to the unit.

It’s been really smooth working with Tarmisha. She’s really nice and professional. Definitely would recommend going to this location

!!.. Buyer beware. Public Storage reservation line does not have all the details on the spaces. When I arrived my vehicle did not fit like they promised it would. I was only partially refunded even though I arrived on the same day the reservation started. They have a non-refundable service fee. When I called customer service the first time then the service agent refused to discuss options with me then hung up on me. When I called back a second time they did submit a request for refund to corporate but made it clear there was no guarantee. I'll follow up this review with how it turns out.

Came in yesterday to check out a storage unit and I was looking for the best price possible I was greeted by a miss Kim her suggestions and customer service was off the charts I say this because I’m big on customer service and she nailed it I definitely will be sending my family to this location because I know all my need would be meet

We won a storage unit from this location and we were very pleased with our unit but unfortunately not very pleased with the facility or staff. When we first arrived to pay for our bid, the door was locked. We waited about 10 minutes until someone finally came from upstairs. The checkout process was fine and easy, but we were not given a gate code. We were told “Honk when you need in or out, I’ll hear you”. We were shown our unit and all was fine with the unit. I would recommend bringing a flash light, as there is no light inside the indoor units beyond the hallway light. As you can imagine, once it came time to leave we were waiting at the gate once again. We honked about 3 times in 5 minutes and still no one coming to open or opening the gate for us as we’d been instructed. Eventually, someone was behind us, then eventually someone behind them and after another 5 minutes (and more honking) someone behind us came and typed in their code for us. As soon as we hear the “honk and I’ll open” method, we know it’s gonna be a problem. This is not only an issue at this location; but at many other public storages too that do not give temporary codes. Once it was time for us to get our deposit back, I’m sure you can imagine, just the same… another 5/10 minutes of waiting for someone to come unlock the door. We will most likely not be bidding on any more auctions from this facility as it was just to much to deal with and lots of time wasted sitting and waiting in the car.

Karen is the “BEST” Property Manager this side of Tucker! GIVE HER A RAISE!!! She always present, pleasant and professional. Thank you Karen for all that you do for customers/clients!

The worst!! No one is ever here. The rent has tripled in 3yrs. The dust from the adjacent lumber yard created an overwhelming amount of dust in my unit which that faces that direction.

Stopped by to inquire about a unit due to me moving and Ms. Angela was so helpful, patient and very knowledgeable. We need more people like her in customer service. I did have a lot of questions and she answered every single one in great detail. Give her raise💰💰💰 P.S. she is not at this location but they wouldn’t let post under the correct location…give her, her credit

Ms. Angela has been so amazing to my fiancé and I. She’s absolutely the best. She’s always able to handle any concerns that we’ve had with our unit and provides us with the best customer service.
