I visited this storage facility for the second time yesterday to get a storage space. My first visit was a few days earlier when I wanted to get a view of the place before making a decision. I met with Ms. Shaundrelle on my second visit. She helped me with the process. She made it look very simple and straightforward. The prices are also very affordable, and the staffs are quite helpful. I would recommend this place.

Best experience I've had in a long time. Courtnie, which I believe is one of the managers there, was very helpful and informative.

**DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!** Courtney, the so-called "property manager," is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. She constantly talks over customers on the phone and outright refuses to connect you with the district manager. The office hours are a joke—they close early and take breaks whenever they feel like it. I tried to return my key at 2 PM on a Wednesday, and the office was closed. The property itself is infested with rats, and the roof is corroded and leaks water. The insurance won’t cover this because there’s no hole in the roof. They overcharge tenants and offer no solutions to any problems. I will be contacting the corporate office and several other agencies because this is a serious health issue. Avoid this place at all costs!

I am having to go back and edit my review and will be calling corporate. While I do understand the mangers the position, I have rented multiple spaces from this specific location and the manger on site has seen and known many personal things about me. However, when I have someone as an authorize user on my account, I am not too sure why I would have to leave work to come and take care of a lock matter, when my authorized user is standing right there, in person and the individual personally knows both of us. As both of us have units on site. If the policy is to have written consent, okay, fine, I get that as well. However, if I come up there as requested and write out a complete letter authorizing my authorizer, what is the point for an authorized user? And then, being told that the letter, which was very detailed was not sufficient. We are not going to even get on the part where the price of the storage unit continues to increase every couple of months for no reason. There is no trash dumpster on sight. Trash is always on the property and to boot, many of my boxes are damaged as natures critters have decided it will be a snack. Needless to say, I think my time with Public Storage as a company has come to a end.

Courtnie at Public Storage was very helpful and gave excellent customer service. She was able to find me a larger storage unit when the unit that I reserved was too small for me needs. She also recommended other Public Storage locations but I decided to rent at the Roswell Street location because it was close to where I was staying and I liked the service that Courtnie provided.

I came to public storage on 1700 Roswell st with some issues with my storage . Courtnie made sure to help me to the best of her ability while also maintaining her integrity and the integrity of the business. I would recommend anyone to this particular location just for her customer service! There should be a 6-star rating available!

This review is only for my experience with Courtnie. She went above and beyond to help me with my requests and concerns. She even helped me when the other store she sent me to was not responsive. Even though I didn’t book at her site, she called me until my issue was resolved that day. She is definitely a stellar team member and has quality customer service.

For all the reasons "life" will make you go get a storage unit, i had a unit at this location for two years. My stuff was safe, and Courtnie with her team make the rental experience smooth and efficient. They were very nice to work with. if I needed to leave msg for a call back, they always called back. I was very happy with the rental experience.

The property manager at this location is AWESOME!! Always professional with a dose of kindness Courtnie is the BEST! As well as her support from Stephanie, another property manager that I dealt with. They made the most mundane experience of storage rental bearable.

Somewhat difficult lot to navigate with a trailer, however it’s intended for more interior house items not trailers so this place gets 5 stars

Very tight area for cars to get in and out. Had to detach my trailer and turn truck around before re-attaching trailer in order to exit facility. A big truck would have been a nightmare. Outside area needs attention and some clean up. Unit itself was fine.

Not only was Courtney a very nice and sweet young woman, she was very knowledgeable and made this fast and easy! Definitely would recommend to all friends!
