Customer service is poor. Nobody on the phone knows what they’re doing or what they’re talking about - I’m assuming due to poor training. All they do is transfer you around or will tell you to call 911 for further assistance. (like what???) Also, don’t expect to be connected with property manager after hours. Won’t be choosing Public Storage ever again.
UPDATE: had to call back because I was confused on some payments that were being charged to my card. Dealt with a lady who had an EXTREME attitude- long story short: this company is scammy. the “promos” all end up being a scam. The agents/representatives just tell you false information and later on when you tell them you were told different, they don’t do anything about it. Just go to another storage unit- there’s a lot down the street.

Smoothest process ever. They’ll let you purchase your unit online to honor their promotions and if you rent close to the end of the month, your first payment is super prorated. I rented February 28th and my March 1st payment will only be $7. Great people working all throughout the facility. Super glad I chose this location.

Charissa is awesome and an essential part of this location!! Moving is stressful for anyone. I also ask many questions and was very lost/confused about the storage unit process as it's my first time. Charissa was so patient and called me ahead of time about the reservation I made and helped me in deciding the best unit for me, the confusion I had about billing and the timing of the billing, and how things work. I was able to see the specific unit I reserved ahead of time to confirm it worked for my needs. Great customer service goes a long way and Charissa is a great example of how it should be!
Received AAA+ service not only once but twice from Charissa at this location. A few months back I called wanting to pay cash and even though this location couldn't accommodate me she looked up and forwarded me to one that did. I had a change of plans and decided to store with her. She bent over backwards to help me get the unit I needed that same day. She was very professional yet approachable and made a hot draining day turn out great afterall. Charissa is certainly Lead material and I hope management considers her for higher positions in your company.

Charissa was very helpful. The morning after a big storm the elevator in the facility was not working properly upon my arrival. I was stuck with a loaded rental truck that needed to be returned. Charissa was doing everything she could to get me sorted out. Luckily the elevator started working after a bit but the fact that she was so willing to help was definitely reassuring.

I agree with all of the others. I have used this storage facility for years! Before covid, it was nice. After covid, it's been hard to contact anyone! The carts are all gone and they shut the restrooms down during covid... they NEVER reopened! The cost of rent is going up and it never feels safe there.

What really makes this PS location standout from other storage facilities is its manager – Charissa Smith. She has helped me solve problems and optimize my storage space on multiple occasions. She is extremely knowledgeable about Public Storage’s systems / policies / etc. and approaches problems and challenges with the intent to solve them. There has never been an issue she hasn’t been able to help me resolve to my complete satisfaction, and she often proactively offers suggestions that improve my experience with Public Storage. As importantly, she is always an absolute pleasure to work with – friendly, confident, and at ease. A true customer service professional.

Excellent follow thru on a billing issue thanks to Charissa the store manager she , was prompt and knowledgeable and DID what she said she would do- which was to call me and let me know issue was resolved! So nice in this day and age to speak to a real person who takes ownership of a problem.

For how much it cost not worth it
I rented from here for 2 years. Carts were broken now they don't have them at all anymore. Bathrooms were out of order all the time and one of the elevators was broken. But they kept going up on the rent.
